An absolute hidden gem!! I have been going to the other Mexican restaurants in Mccaysville for many years not even realizing this was here. A buddy from work laughed at me when I told him I go to the other restaurants, and he told me they suck compared to Mexico Loco, I had to give it a try Went on Dollar mini taco night, 5 tacos for 5 bucks! I'm a big boy and I was quiet happy and filled with my appetizer. Then my burrito came and the fajitas. Whoa! Delicious!! Excellent service and cold beer! Will definitely be back!! This is our new Mexican restaurant moving forward!! Goodbye to the other 2, it's been real.

I have enjoyed great breakfasts and dinners at Mexico Loco. The homemade corn tortillas are fresh with a slight buttery taste. The best tortillas to be found for many miles. I love the tacos de pollo. The Huevos a la Mexicana is the best breakfast I have found in the Copperfield area and kindly priced as well. They also have a well maintained tap system with Dos Equis and other beer choices. You can enjoy a true liter (+32oz) of beer with your supper after a hard day of rafting. Do yourself a favor and try some real Mexican food.

I feel completely scammed by this place. We stopped in this town on our train trip, and decided to give this place a try despite it being completely empty. Huge mistake. Food was okay but nothing special. My daughter wanted the kids quesadilla with chicken and fries. Can’t remember the exact price but it was reasonable. The manager came over and said they cannot put chicken on it and recommended us getting the regular quesadilla for “around the same price”. We agreed thinking she was being honest but unfortunately she was not. When we went to pay the bill it was over $100! The cost of the quesadilla with fries was over $20!!! Complete joke. We also had fajitas and some tacos. Both hardly worth the price we paid. If you’re stopping by this town, I would avoid this place at all costs. They clearly take advantage of...

Randomly stopped here while driving through town on the way to Savannah. Kids were hungry and tired so we literally stopped at the first place we could all agree on. Could not have been happier with the experience! The food was amazing, the staff was super friendly even with my rowdy preteen boys and angsty teenager girl who had all been trapped in a car all day after being "forced" to go hiking at the crack of dawn. I had the enchiladas michoacanas and my mouth has never been happier. My kids are all of their food and ordered seconds! Overall an amazing place. Worst thing about this restaurant is that it isn't located where we live and so we probably won't be able to go back. Would give it more...
