I recently visited Dollar General in Copperhill, Tenn. As I pulled in to parking area a shopping cart crashed into my car. The incident left scratches and yellow paint down the side of my car. For weeks I tried contacting their corporate office, especially since there was no manager at the location. I finally heard back from an extremely rude person from their corporate office.
