Panera Bread — Restaurant in Coral Springs

I have been going to this location for years and I am appalled by the customer service treatment that my husband and I received from management. The night before I ordered food to go after a busy day and no time to make dinner. I was given an attitude by the male manager present when he informed me after waiting over 20 minutes that they were "out of dressing" and instead of apologizing rudely stated "you can choose another dressing but what do you want me to do" I stated you should have known that this dressing was running low and inform the customer to which he responded "well I just found out" over several more comments exchanged by this manager I just accepted a dressing and ran home to get started with my job. When opening the food up it was not even edible! There was mystery ingredients in our salads and the soup was cold and watery. We had to throw most of it out and eat snacks for dinner. Calling back the next day I spoke to another manager who apologized and gave her name to have the order fixed. So here my husband goes in to have them remake the order and they only want to cover one meal!!! The manager I had spoke with is not there and these two managers who are disgusting with their customer service skills are making fun of our experience...have the nerve to tell my husband "why don't you just pay for your food" and then when we are over the back and forth leaving again with no food to eat have to go to call corporate to which the male manager states "wow corporate I am so scared." These managers are a liability to this location. I am stunned , shocked, and hope that disciplinary actions are taken in effect so that no one else has to go through what we had to. Owners of this location please take note. We have been local customers for 9+ years at your location and can't bring ourselves to come back after this treatment. Kudos to your manager Grace who is always pleasant and kind to all she interacts with! We are supposed to be called back by upper management so we shall see what happens next. I dont usually write bad reviews but I've reached a point where I have been so disappointed with this store. They used to have a chicken cesaer sandwich but took it off the menu. For years I have been able to customize a sandwich to get what I want. Its honestly not that complicated. It is literally ciabatta bread, chicken, romain lettuce and ceasar dressing. Lately, I havent been getting ANYTHING close to my order even after telling them step by step on how to do it. Today just topped it off for me. Like I said, I usually hold off on reviews but this was beyond me. I received a napa valley chicken sandwich with sweet dressing mixed with Caesar...DISGUSTING! How do you mix the two? I asked the cashier multiple times if I was getting what I asked for and she re assured me I was. In general, we either dont understand English, cant read, or we're that incompetent that we cannot follow simple instructions! I'm so upset I was charged for a sandwich i never received even though I gave them step by step instructions on how to do the sandwich and yet by the time I got home, all wrong. Of course I had to trash it. Wasted money! I just dont understand why we cannot follow simple directions. If for whatever reason this is such a complicated order then I should be told it cannot be done instead of making me pay for something I'm just going to trash! Panera used to be my favorite place (at least this specific location) and lately they have been such a disappointment. I keep hoping they will turn around but it's not...

Panera Bread has become a consistent and quality provider of breakfast and lunch meals. Whether it's a bagel or a noodle bowl, there's probably a combination for everyone.

As you enter you'll notice it's relatively quiet despite being quite a large venue. There's typically a small line ahead so expect to be waiting a few minutes. This will give you an opportunity to look over their menu which include various sandwiches, soups, salads and more. I would consider the prices to be a little steep based on the portion size but you will definitely receive a quality meal. Food will take a few minutes to prepare so you'll get a buzzer to indicate when your order is up.

I've tried multiple sandwich and soup combinations. The ingredients are usually fresh and food arrives warm to the touch. Overall the food items are basic, meaning there isn't a lot of kick to flavors, an option to spice up foods would be nice. Side items and desserts are available. Drinks are plentiful and consist of coffee, tea, and fountain drinks.
