Man this place is the epitome of hoodlandia..went in yesterday at 6pm to get a steak bowl with double meat ..the kid literally gave me like 5 pieces of steak on the second scoop and I was like yo can u make it a real double steak and he adds a few more pieces..I say thanx and proceed to get the rest of my toppings get to the register and the girl is charging me for triple steak..I'm like I asked for double steak what are u doing....here comes the attitude ..uh uh ...uh uh ..you got 3 scoops ...I'm like no I asked for double steak and that's what I got she proceeded to argue and over comes even more ratchetness from the supposed manager who wasn't even there saying nope you got 3 scoops you can pay for it or we will remake you another one ...I was like so ur going to throw away that bowl waste it to make me another one with less meat ...she's like yep ...so they take my bowl to the takeout station and proceed to dih thru my bowl with their hands after being on register and doing other things..I'm like what are you doing the manager is like remaking ur bowl with nasty attitude ..I said not in that ur digging yall hands thru it are you crazy...I said I'm not paying for that..manager turns her back on me walks off and is like whatever ...just straight disrespectful hood antics at this place so this manager apparently has no clue about wasting food she down right bewildered when I said so ur going to throw away that bowl and make me a new one with less meat ...critical thinking is definitely an issue going on here ...inusually don't go to this one . .I usually go to the one on university but it was close to my house and I didn't feel like fighting the traffic...but yet again this location was hood af...I stopped going there becuz the manager last time I'm sure same woman cuz I wanted my salsas on the side instead of on my bowl and she was trying to charge me extra and I was like so if I get it on my bowl I don't pay but on the side it's extra she's like yup scoffs at me and walks off..I was like it's even an option on the app ..she just ignored Me....chipotle fire that manager she literally is costing yall money and just does plain stupid stuff because she has an attitude...
Read moreI placed an online order to be picked up at 5:30PM. Suspecting that they would be busy for dinner time, I arrived at 5:40PM to give the staff some extra time to prepare my meal if needed. When I got there, the rack where the online orders are placed was empty. I approached a staff member and told them I was picking up my online order, and the staff member said if it’s not on the rack then it’s not ready. I waited an additional 20 minutes in the lobby, as a staff member shouted at others waiting for their online orders, “if you’re waiting for your order you need to wait in the lobby and not stand here while I’m making them.” By 6PM, another customer asked how long I was waiting. I told her my order was supposed to be ready at 5:30pm. She then said “there’s a bag sitting behind the counter where she’s making the online orders. You should ask her if it’s yours”. I then asked the staff member behind the counter who the order was for, which was tucked away at the back of the counter behind other items. She said my name, so I took the bag and left. When I got home (I only live 5 minutes away) not only did it seem like the food was thrown in the bag, but there were no lids on the bowls and it was wrapped messily in tinfoil with food coming out of it. All of the food was extremely cold and the tacos were soggy and drenched in beans and guacamole with nearly no chicken (see pic!). It was impossible to pick up the tacos since the hard shells were soggy and could not be picked up without falling apart. Not only was the staff very unfriendly, but they clearly did not care about how they were serving their customers. I love chipotle, but this is one of many instances I’ve experienced at this specific location. Read moreI’d put 0 if I could. Customer service SUCKS. Mangers are yelling at the customers in line, rushing everyone, extremely rude, very unprofessional. It feels like being a prisoner and waiting in line for my lunch serving or something. They have this employee in a hijab staring at the customers in line like they are an inconvenience to her or something. And when she finally serves you after staring at you the whole time in line she gives you CRUMBS. Everytime she’s on the line I immediately walk out and go to a different chipotle. I’ve been served by her enough to know I’ll be leaving with an infuriating experience. Please keep in mind this has nothing to do with discrimination, i just listed an identifying feature. I myself am a middle eastern woman. Horrible customer service, horrible portion sizes. Oh and if you make it 3-4 hours before they close just expect them to be out of almost everything. But their online order food line is always stocked 🤦🏽♀️ one time I came here to get a simple bowl and everything was going great until I got to the front of the line. Then suddenly the girl stops the line and goes to make two online orders. When she’s done she proceeds to tell me they were out of white rice. As if I literally didn’t watched her use the last of it to make two online orders. I can tell so many stories about this place. But that’s my fault for being naive and expecting a different result from a place that’s done nothing but disappoint me. Long story short. This chipotle sucks don’t waste your time coming here.
