Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Coral Springs

Visited the local Coldstone tonight with my girlfriend who had never been there. I have patronized this particular store for years and really enjoy their ice cream. My girlfriend found a coupon for this store online and we decided to visit and introduce her to the concept. Upon arrival we showed the two young girls working the coupon. One rolled her eyes and asked the other if she would check the coupon. At first she said it didn’t have a code and my girlfriend pointed it out to her. She the man attempted to validate it and said that’m sorry it doesn’t work. I decided to order a love it size and my girlfriend decided not to order anything. A young man came out to ring us up and I said that they really should be able to honor the coupons that are advertised. He asked to see it and we gave him her phone. He first said that it didn’t have their address and we enlarged the screen to show that it did. He then apologized and said there was nothing he could do. I asked for The managers name and number and he said the manager doesn’t like to have customers call him. I gave him my contact info and told him to Tell the manager that he was a douche for not speaking to customers. I’ll never buy there again. Shame because my girlfriend has four kids that all love ice cream. Looks like Carvel less than a mile away will get...

Incredible Service from Gabriel at Cold Stone!

We had such a great experience at Cold Stone, and it was all thanks to Gabriel! From the moment we walked in, he greeted us with a warm, genuine smile and made us feel completely welcome. He was patient, kind, and incredibly attentive — walking us through all the flavor options and helping us customize the perfect creation. You could tell he really cared about giving each customer a great experience, not just a good one.

On top of that, the ice cream was delicious (of course!), but Gabriel’s friendly attitude and professionalism were what made the visit memorable. It’s not every day you get such wonderful service that puts a smile on your face.

Cold stone should require their employees wear a hair net I order two ice creams one for my son one for my wife as my sons ice cream was ready he took one bite and pulled out a long piece of hair we threw it out and the girl working was very nice and offered to make another one as she’s making the 2nd ice cream my wife sees a hair in her ice cream never received the 2nd ice cream because of the disgust and asked for our Money back she gladly refunded our money and was very polite about the whole thing. NOT HER FAULT!! But I will never come to this location again. Two different types of ice cream 2 different hairs nasty but hey it might be a sign they making their ice cream in house?? Who knows.

Anyways cold stone should REQUIRE THIER EMPLOYEES...
