SAISAKI Sushi & Kitchen — Restaurant in Coral Springs

Was looking forward to another sushi spot in area so you get regular spot each week. Stopped by on a Thursday night and place was dead. May be because new to area. They have another spot in West Palm Beach which seems to have good reviews. Tried 8 different sushi rolls and sashimi. Portion size are off for price as needs more fish in rolls. Gives impression of Publix size portion but a little better. Quality of fish is ok but not the best. It is ok spot if your in area, but nothing where I would go to weekly. I still love Sozo Sushi the best in Wilton Manor and will drive 45 min over this place being 10 min away. A&A Sushi take out on 441 is slightly better then this spot even though...

The culinary experience was truly exceptional, it was like a party in my mouth🤯. The Wonton soup, Rock Shrimp, and Mexican Rolls and Pork Gyoza were particularly noteworthy, showcasing the establishment's culinary prowess. Despite its remarkable offerings, the establishment appears to be underappreciated and deserves wider recognition. In comparison to PhatBoy Sushi, this establishment undoubtedly surpasses expectations and sets a higher standard for culinary excellence. Surprised this place wasn’t busier! We came in on a Saturday evening and were impressed with the service. The rolls were delicious & unique - the middle roll with cilantro, the left with lemon were both a nice twist. Fish was fresh and service was quick. The staff was really nice & attentive. It’s hard to find a sushi spot that checks all the boxes - the location is also very modern and clean. Will DEFINITELY be back!
