McDonald's — Restaurant in Coral Springs

This McDonalds is garbage. My little sister goes to Coral Springs High School, she gets out of school at 2:40pm.... she goes to the McDonalds to eat sometimes but unfortunately for some strange reason they only allow 3-5 students in at a TIME. There is a pile up of hungry students waiting in the hot sun to get their food. My sister was witnessed and even threatened to get kicked out into the rain, just because she was under age and eating inside! what type of customer service is this? But these McDonald managers are trying to be slick with it. One day a manager told my sister you have to be 18 or older to eat inside, then the next day a different manager is saying you have to be 21 or older to eat inside like they are selling alcoholic drinks there. SERIOUSLY McDONALDS WHAT KIND OF SICK GAME ARE YOU PLAYING? remember well without the students putting their money in your pocket, your income would be cut significantly. I really hope you don:t get your kicks from letting students who walked quite the way to get there wait in the hot sun and rain to pay their money to eat your cancerous food. The only time when you can eat inside freely is at 4pm when the majority of students are gone and has went somewhere else, if you don't want them to eat inside then simply don't take their money. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s for years, and it’s always been decent enough. After my experience there yesterday, I would be surprised if I ever went back. The drive thru line did not move at all with 6 cars waiting, so I went in. I waited by the register with my 10 yr old, and the kitchen staff sees me there and never comes over to take my order. I asked if someone could come over and after being asked twice, they did. A young girl walks over and takes a deep breath of annoyance (they were clearly understaffed).. rushes to take my order and never asks me the typical questions, like what sauce for my nuggets and if I wanted apple slices or extra fries for the happy meal…. So, I get my food, see that they gave me extra fries instead of apple slices and a sauce for the nuggets I did not ask for. When I asked the lady for the items I did want, she told me to stop yelling at her (which I hadn’t even raised my voice) and that she put in the bags what was on the screen. I just came back from the AA Arena (Miami Heat vs. Sacramento) where they gave away thousands of "free french fries" coupons as part of a promotion. I tried to redeem at this McDonald's drive thru, where the manager "Victoria" told me it was no good. She said it was only good in Miramar. I had to come back and told her she didn't read properly - it clearly stated that the ad agency was in Miramar and the coupon could be redeemed in any participating McDonald's in Broward and Dade. She refused in a very snooty voice, saying it was "signed" by the wrong party. The card clearly is signed by the agency and gives the proprietor clear instructions for redemption. None of her explanations made sense - am I supposed to believe that the Miami Heat are handing out bogus coupons? I've been going to McDonald's for decades and never had this kind of experience - all for a dollar and 39 cents. As a loyal customer, I would like to recommend that "Victoria" be sent back to Moo U for some retraining and perhaps a reading...
