Tl;dr - if you like Mochinuts and don't want to drive very far this place is worth stopping at, just be aware some of the flavors are hit or miss but the Mochinut itself is good. Churro and Caramel are my recommendations.

Detailed review- Mochinut is near the spot of the former China Gourmet which burned down a few years ago. The inside is small and appeared clean on my visit. There were only a handful of small tables pushed against the wall opposite of the counter giving the idea that this is more of a place for take-out rather than dine in.

The menu (currently) offers a large selection of Mochinuts, Boba Teas, and Korean Corn Dogs. The flavors of the mochinuts are not listed on the menu itself but behind the glass display on little signs near the mochinuts.

I got 6 for $18 (so $3 a mochinut) - Churro, Caramel, Chocolate Funnel Cake, Cookies & Cream, Taro, and Matcha. The actual mochinut itself was good. Nice flavor and just the right amount of chewiness. If you haven't had a Mochinut before you need to be aware that they are nowhere near the same consistency as a regular donut and are not supposed to be.

Anyway, the flavors were hit or miss. Churro, Taro, and the Chocolate Funnel Cake were very good. However, none of us liked the Matcha. I love matcha but this was not good. Caramel was great. The Cookies & Cream was just okay.

The Brown Sugar Boba Tea was just alright. Probably the 3rd best that I've had in Coral Springs. The first being Tiger Sugar (@Mainland) and the second being the one from J-Petal. For me, personally, it was just too sweet. I like a little more balance to my brown sugar boba tea (IE. Tiger Sugar @Mainland). The container they put it in was fun, though. The soda can top was a nice touch. I wonder how long it will be before they switch to the standard foil tops?

The man behind the counter was friendly and pleasant.

We didn't try the corn dogs so I will have to go back and...

What a cute little spot that just opened in Coral Springs. They serve exclusively, Boba, mochi donuts, and Korean corn dogs. We went on the first day of grand opening and they were offering buy one get one free Boba. My friend and I most definitely took advantage of that. Since they were on the grand opening, I understand that things were a little bit crazy. I only ordered drinks, but my girlfriend ordered donuts and drinks. She got her donuts pretty quickly, but it took over a half an hour for her just to get her two drinks. They seem to have forgotten about them, so they finally made them for her when she walked up to the front. Location is pretty easy to find, the ambience is cute. Would recommend this for someone who really does love...

The cashier seemed very unhappy and wasn’t friendly at all. We don’t expect a crazy happy smiling service but she just looked like she was forced to work. We were excited to finally try the place in Broward but she just made it very unhappy for all of us as if we shouldn’t be ordering. She kept forgetting what we asked for and was just very unorganized, and also very slow. Maybe her very first job at a food place? For a speed like her, they need at least 3 people to work at the front. The mochinut was ok also the bubble tea. But they probably should really change their way of customer service or hire...

LOVE mochi donuts, we finally have some here in Springs! Adorable space in the old burned down plaza off University and Shadow Wood. Mochi donuts are fluffy, light, and delicious. Fruity Pebbles and Caramel were my favorite. Bobba tea options - sweet for my taste, but convenient! Service is VERY welcoming: they have a little tray of fruit out now for customers, too, which is so hospitable and kind. My only 4/5 is the table and chair layout, all against the walls with 3 tops, but will likely change with time.
