Mattress Firm Coral Springs — Hotel in Coral Springs

2 MONTH UPDATE: Another 5-STAR Review! As it turns out… Michael’s warning about the firmness of our new mattress was correct! We gave it two months to see if we could adjust to this firm mattress and we decided we needed to take advantage of the great return policy that MATTRESS FIRM offers. We were at the store yesterday and spent some time with Michael , our favorite sleep expert, trying out other Tempur-Pedic mattresses. With Michael’s guidance, this time we did listen to his advice, we chose an upgraded model in a medium firmness. Once again, Michael was awesome to deal with! He’s such a nice, friendly young man! I think anyone looking for a new mattress should visit Michael at Mattress Firm, you’ll be glad you did!!

FIRST VISIT JANUARY: My husband and I purchased a king size Tempur-pedic mattress at this Coral Springs Mattress Firm location, and we were Extremely Happy with the guidance we received from Michael, our “Sleep Expert”. Edit: Delivery has been a nightmare. We were told and texted that the bed would be here today between 9:15 and 11:15. The delivery truck came at 9:15 and we talked to them and they said they had to wait half an hour because of rain. My husband talked to the driver and I was called by a woman on the phone and told this. It stopped raining. Then the truck left. I called the same number back and no one answered. I waited until 11:15 and then called the store. Rob at the store answered and said he’d reach out to the warehouse. He said they would try to come this afteroon. He said they were making other deliveries. No one one came and no one called. We broke down our platform and brought our mattress down stairs this AM in anticipation of getting the bed today so we have no where to sleep aside from the mattress on the floor. This is inexcusable and I do not recommend. I ordered a mattress, a base, a cover, and sheet. I have received none of it.

This is a great store! We were there on a Sunday to purchase a new mattress and box springs set. We knew what we wanted as we'd done (exhaustive) research on mattresses. Rob and Joshua greeted us when we walked in and assisted us in a professional yet friendly manner. Rob did offer some alternatives to the mattress we wanted; however, he was not pushy at all. He was merely sharing suggestions as the mattress we wanted was not in stock, and delivery would be delayed. We opted to purchase our original choice, and left with an estimated delivery date of the follow week on Wednesday. Rob and Joshua told us if we had any questions between our purchase and the delivery to give them a call at the store.

The delivery was done when promised by two friendly delivery guys. They set up the new mattress and box springs, and removed the old mattress and box springs. They were respectful of our home, and were quick!
