J-petal Ramen, Crepes & Bubble Tea — Restaurant in Coral Springs

First I will say that my brown sugar bubble tea was good, not amazing, but good. Unfortunately that is all that was good. The person they had behind the counter had no customer service skills at all. Then I walked in at 4 pm. I would expect a greeting, even just a hi or a welcome would've been nice. Didn't happen. Next, and this may have been my fault because I was looking all around and missed the order kiosk but I walked up to the counter. The cashier ignored me for 10 minutes and continued on with whatever he was doing. Finally when he came to take my order he rang me up. I used my credit card and there is no option for no tip. So to order anything from this place you have to tip which makes no sense but with this guy's attitude I see why. He rang me up and my receipt, for 2 bubble teas, said it was 4:11 at this time. A group of 3 people walked in 10 minutes later ordered a bubble tea and 2 bowls of Ramen and they got their entire order and were able to begin enjoying it before I got my 2 teas. I did not receive then until 4:25. No apology for the wait, no apology for serving people before me that came in after me, and no thank you for coming just a here you go and he walked away. I really want to try the Ramen but I don't believe I'll be going back here. And next time I'll bring cash I'm not tipping for service...

Not sure how can this place be a 4 star Ramen restaurant when this place is a full disgrace unfortunately.

I was craving a fresh Ramen while recovering from flu. I made a huge mistake when I entered this restaurant and didn't feel it right as the first impression. I decided to stay and ordered a ramen.

The ramen was out in 2.5 minutes! Made out of not sure what, added red sauce, subpar quality cheap ingredients that some people may not even touch. It was simply a boiled water with questionable red sauce and cheap old supermarket ingredients sitting there for days! I sipped and left immediately. Literally ran.

Restaurant ambiance -1 star Restaurant service - 0 stars Food quality - ZERO stars Food ingredients - NON FRESH. All microwaved. 0stars Food safety - someone needs to call for food inspection. 0 stars. TOTAL STARS AVE: 0

Another client who came after me who ordered crepes also mentioned that she may not eat it because it smells strange, she was trying to be polite and didn't want to throw it in the store.

If you care about your health and what you put in your body - I would not consumer anything...

Slow…. Service was aweful… quick boba tea… nope sat there for 15 then didn’t even realize the ticket was on the printer… I left told them to keep the money. Didn’t even want a refund..sad thing wasn’t even busy,I could understand… I just saw your response, I have no interest in giving you another chance, I’m pretty sure you have cameras look at the date and time, I did this review, and go watch for yourself. The story actually got worse, I left and my daughter stayed there because she wanted her drink, keep in mind I paid for 2 drinks. She then waited another 10 minutes… and guess what that was for 1 drink, they didn’t even bother to make mine. That would have been a great opportunity to correct the issue. I waited for her in the car, even she was like wow, they didn’t even bother… last thing… don’t have a self service kiosk if your employees aren’t checking to see if orders are there,the whole situation could have been avoided. I will not be contacting you via email. Get better employees that care about...
