No nonsense authentic Taiwanese cuisine featuring beef noodles & pot stickers.
Beef & Tendon Noodle Soup The beef was tender, slow cooked so a fork can pull it apart. Generous portion of beef. Medium thickness noodles and a soup which didn't leave us with MSG effects afterwards, so a sign of good quality soup. All 4 of us each had a bowl of the beef tendon noodles. All liked it
When I lived in Singapore, there was a famous beef noodle place which is a branch of a famous Taiwanese brand. People would drive from all over Singapore to eat there, =100%
I would Dumpling King Coral Spring's beef & tendon noodle is 88% of the reference 100%
Pot stickers Pork filled pot sticker dumplings is a Taiwanese dish. The ones at Dumping King Coral Springs are quite large with plenty of lean pork fillings, not fatty ground pork. Good honest place to serve this. Yummy, the flat bottom sides are browned & crispy, not burnt. 6-8 pc would fill one up like maybe a Big Mac or Whopper would. 4 of us split 2 plates of pot stickers. With the bowl of beef noodles, we had enough to eat. Just right.
The food is authentic, as good as one can get in SE Asia. That they offer a beef noodle soup with optional organ meats is another sign of its authenticity. Some ppl like these options. Half of the tables are non-Asian customers.
We intend to come here probably 2x/month cuz it's good honest food at reasonable prices. I'd say, if you gotta go back to work after lunch, maybe just a bowl OR the dumplings should be enough. They also have bauble tea. Will have to try this and update another time.
Sign up for membership with ur phone. We did. $1/pt, 100 pts earns a plate of pot stickers ($14), so ur getting 1/7 back per purchase. No membership fee.

Read more(Copied from a post I made on a huge fb group) It has a 4.8 rating (which is very rare to see a place with a near perfect rating). This was our second visit. Both times, we really enjoyed every dish we ordered. The staff is super friendly and efficient. The place is immaculately clean. We had the 'braised beef noodle soup' containing really tender beef with intensely flavorful broth, baby bok choy and the noodles were not overly chewy or soft...I'd say bouncy? The ground chicken soup dumplings are the orange ones. Served in a bamboo steam basket. They were my first soup dumplings and they were delightful! Then there's the 'shredded pork pepper noodle soup" with a very clean, mild broth, bell pepper, bok choy and scallions. Lastly, pork fried dumplings 🥟. Pretty good little potstickers and with the chili oil and soy to dip them in, very tasty. On our first visit we tried the wings and DO NOT SKIP THOSE! Super crispy and the sauce was heavenly. Right near Coral Square mall, so pop in and try it out! They even have Boba for the trendy kids...thank you to the great staff and we'll be...
