The Starbucks here is the ABSOLUTE best Starbucks I've ever been to. The customer service is OUTSTANDING here! The manager Michele is always friendly and professional. She has a talent for hiring THE best employees. Every time I visit here, which is an average of FIVE times a week, Michele is working hard to ensure products are available to their customers for a quick find & easy check out. My personal opinion as a frequent shopper is that she never stops stocking from the back room, cleaning behind the counter, assisting their customers, and assisting her employees to keep the lines moving as quickly as possible. I have actually lost count of how many Starbucks coffee mugs & travel mugs that I have purchased through Michele and Amber. I absolutely ADORE Amber as she is always happy, always friendly and always professional. It is very apparent when you are around her that she is happy to be there and happy to help her customers. She is really quick to take the orders and make their drink and heat up any snacks to make her customers happy and the line moving smoothly. I want to also take time to mention how much I enjoy seeing Kiani, Samantha and Laura. All the employees that work here are kind, friendly and GREAT at making their customers happy! I drive an extra 5 miles out of my way to drive to THIS Target Starbucks because of the OUTSTANDING customer service with a warm, personal touch that Michele, Amber, Samantha, Kiani and Laura always provide. Realizing that Fall is now here, I find myself thinking back to the really FUN and AMAZING Summer I had because I got to spend nearly every day enjoying the lovely, personal atmosphere that I find here at THIS Starbucks, not only with the wonderful employees but also getting to know the other "regulars" that only come to THIS Target Starbucks for the very same reason that I do. Read moreWhen I approached the counter, there was a man in front of me whose card wouldn't scan. The cashier took the card from him, swiped it, and made a face at the customer like he was an idiot even thought it didn't scan after he tried either. Then, when I approached the counter, instead of greeting me, he just said "yes?" He made my drink and in passing told me the total without asking my boyfriend what he wanted. He made his drink wrong, probably because he walked away while my boyfriend was saying his order. Overall, terrible experience. I've never had such a negative experience at any Starbucks. I will NOT return to this location.
