My review is based upon an experience that I had in this space that didn't involve food. In February, 2023, I was picking up food from this location. When entering this location, I slipped on a patch of ice in front of the building, fell head first into the building's brick facade and fell, dislocating my shoulder. The dislocation was so severe that I suffered a full rotator cuff tear, burst the protective cap that keeps the arm bone from rubbing directly against the shoulder joint, and while in the emergency room it took two attempts for doctors to move the bone back into my shoulder joint. The background is important, based upon the conditions at the restaurant at the time. The slick of ice outside of the main entrance of the restaurant was caused by a combination of two things: an unsalted, and untreated sidewalk, compounded by an improperly installed rain gutter that poured melting water onto the actual ice slick. After falling, I was unable to get up, and I lay on the sidewalk outside of the entrance for more than five minutes yelling for help. I could not move my arm enough to be able to call into the restaurant for help. The workers at the restaurant did not respond to the urgency of my fall until someone went through the drive thru lane and let the workers know that a person was on the ground, outside of the main entrance in distress and screaming for help. The neglect at this location was compounded by the fact that employees working this day were largely uninterested in any level of customer service. The person working the front of the store was texting the entire time I was on the ground, yelling for help, and unable to move. There were employees apparently in the office part of the store who seemed to not have time to put salt down on the sidewalk outside of the entrance, but ran out with a bag of it, and a shovel when they finally came out to help me up. I completed an incident report, and was assured by the manager person on duty that the district manager would contact me the next day. Now, ten months later, I'm still waiting for this call. I've sent letters to the owners. And in the meantime I've accumulated tens of thousands of dollars in medical bills due to the neglect involved in this situation. In order to protect your safety, I highly suggest that any person avoid this Burger King. Read moreI had the worst service ever. I had a stroke 3 yrs. ago and it affected my right hand. I was trying to get my money out and laid a ten dollar bill on the counter and after I laid the $5 down I noticed he had his hand out. I continued to find the ones to pay him and since I had put the other money on the counter I put the 3 ones on the counter. He says to me the money belongs in my hand. It was so disrespectful I couldn't believe it. I then said to him you do not know what handicapped people have to deal with so you be kind to everyone. In fact I said to him you owe me an apology. He said I'm sorry now where is my apology. I said I wouldn't give him one since I had done nothing wrong. A different employee was calling the numbers when the orders were ready (my group had three different oders), but when it came to mine he specifically called my number and left it on the counter. I picked it up and said thank you. He then replied to me, I guess you do have some manners. I don't know when I have been shown such disrespect from a young man in my life. We started to place our order, asking for only ketchup mayo and pickle on the burger. We then attempted to continue our order (2 6pc. Chicken nugget kids meals). The worker said they didnt have a 6pc. Kids meal. We told him that they did as it was listed on the drive thru order board. He then said no it only comes in 4 or 10pc. We told him that it was listed as a 6 pc. And he managed to some how punch one 6pc. Meal in but couldnt figure out how he did it and couldnt duplicate the other 6 pc. He then went on and asked about the burger that we had ordered previously asking what toppings we wanted on it. We told him again what we wanted on it.
