Casey's — Restaurant in Coralville

The workers are interesting. Went in to get my pizza I got for pickup on Door Dash. Stopped at the door by the cashier. Guy asks if I paid for it, I said yes it was Door Dash and I showed him the receipt on my phone. Rolls his eyes and sighs hard. "Yeah, I bet you stole that." Honestly, that would be impressive to be able to steal something I bought. Then again, went in to get pizza again. Got a snack on the side and checked out. Then after we check out the cashier asked if I paid for it- Like... Then proceeds to double charge me. Atp I'm bewildered, like I am seriously amazed. People are interesting. 10/10. I went mid February to get gas and went in to prepay for it. Rodney, an employee, completed my transaction and I went back out to put gas in my car and the pump wasn't working. Several people went into the store that had the same issue as me and Rodney and a supervisor there said that the money would go back on my account. Well, the money transacted and guess who lost out on $25 because of these people not knowing what they were doing? This Casey's is horrible and when I asked the supervisor for a receipt she scoffed and rolled her eyes at me. Rodney had a bad attitude also. Will not be coming back. Horrible...

I liked Casey's for being local and started in Iowa, but avoid using your card at the pump, they pre authorize $175 and can hold that for 5 or more days . AGAIN, THEY WILL RAKE ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS OUT OF YOUR ACCOUNT AND NOT RESPOND FOR DAAAAYS WHILE THEY HOLD ONTO IT. For some reason the pump required me putting in my phone number and I didn't want to, so it canceled the transaction and then held ONE HUNDRED AND SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS of my money for a week because I didn't see a reason why I should be putting my phone number into...
