Waited over a 3 weeks for a product. Sent an email cancel order. Then magically the product is being shipped to me. Called customer service and the lady tried to give me a list of reason as to why it wasnât shipped. Worst customer service experience. Didnât have time to go back and forth with her over something like a jersey so I let it go. I had to purchase a jersey from elsewhere due to long wait time. Wonât recommend or use this business. Not a Hawkeye fan and I know they arenât directly connected to the school but the experience i had I hope the school takes a look at what businesses are selling products under their name and to ensure the service meets the standard of Iowa university.    Read moreThe in-store staff at the Hawkeye Fan Shop are unable to process returns on orders made online. Anything purchased online has to be returned at the purchasers expense to the out-of-state warehouse if a full refund is desired.
I was told that in store all they could do for me is a gift card or an Exchange. Customer service does not seem to be a priority at the Hawkeye fan shop. If it was, they would be able to accommodate all customers requests. Instead they create more work for the customers to get a refund.
They have totally lost my business and I will not recommend them to anybody else that I know looking for...
