I placed my order and paid online. Arrived at pick up time, drive thru was super backed up so I went inside. I had to wait for the young man at the register to quit goofing off and turn around to acknowledge my being there. I gave my name. He then asked the young man in the prep/cook area and was told he didn't know where my order was. After SEVERAL minutes of the register boy flirting with the girl working the drive through (throwing paper wads and snapping towels at one another), a box was placed in the "ready" spot. It was not mine. So I asked again when my order would be ready. By this time it was 15 minutes past my pickup time. Again, I was told they didn't know but I would be next. I explained to them that I had a 6:30 pick up time and this is getting ridiculous. That made them mad and they would not speak to me the rest of the transaction. Approx. 3 minutes later my order was ready. Food was hot, but not fresh so it isn't like they were cooking it and that was the hold up. After I receive my order, I asked for ketchup to go along with my potato wedges. They threw the ketchup in my bag and slid it on the counter towards me. There was no "I apologize for your wait" nor "thank you - have a nice day". Nothing. The customer service I received and the level of disrespect was disgraceful and an embarrassment for the owners of...
Read moreThis is probably the worst Lees I have ever been to. We stood at the counter waiting about 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Even then, we were just told " Someone will be with you"... the workers all seemed like they hated being there. That was also evident in how filthy the store was. I should have just left but my hubby loves Lees, and we dont have any close to home. . We got our food from the only descent worker, which is the one prepping food and carrying out the orders. Food was alright. While dining, the drive thru worker , a maybe 17 year old boy with dark hair and a huge chip on his shoulder, starts hollering how "omg the police officer who pulled (him) over is in the drive through" as he continued to gloat about his experience and carry on vs doing anything useful. It was embarrassing, really. I feel bad for the officer and sure hope his meal was ok. We were just amazed how no one working, except the one girl from the back, who was straighening up the sauces and restocking things, seemed like it was important to clean up anything, do any work, as most the tables were filthy, floors even worse as was the drink station. There was literally a baggie and a pudding cup sitting by the counter that the workers all walked...
Read moreI normally don’t post reviews but this one I couldn’t pass up… upon arriving… you immediately notice how dirty it is inside the restaurant… I understand it can’t be spotless all the time but every single table was filthy… I had to clean my own table for me, my husband and kids to sit at…while we were telling them our order… they literally didn’t have the spicy double dippers, liver or gizzards, didn’t have salt or ranch… literally everything we asked for and the whole reason we went…. Took 30 minutes to get our order and there wasn’t many people there to begin with… when we got our food… my chicken was slimy… and not that crispy… so the only thing I ate was the wedges… I didn’t take my food back because there was another lady that had found something in her food that she was dealing with at the moment… I hadn’t eat there in years… and I was craving it so bad… it use to be so good… definitely won’t be back unless they get new management to teach their workers on what they need to be doing… and the correct way… very...
