I placed my order for a crispy chicken meal, which is a #4a on the menu. I was told they didn't have 4a, but I could get 4b or 4c. I ordered a 4c, which is a deluxe crispy chicken meal. I was then told I couldn't get it in a meal. I assume they rang up the sandwich, fries and drink separately because they then asked what drink I would like. I said Sprite. They informed me they were out of Sprite. I got Coke instead. The person taking my order was very impatient and kept asking if that was all. I ordered two mcdoubles plain, a mcchicken and a large mocha frappe. I paid at the first window at exactly 8pm. When I got to the 2nd window, they gave me my frappe and coke and asked if I could pull to the third window to wait for my food. I pulled forward. I got my food at 8:28pm. I went straight home. My deluxe chicken sandwich was completely wrong. It was on a sesame seed bun. It had the spicy sauce on it, tons of pickles (they were the wrong pickles. It didn't have the crinkle pickles on it), overwhelmed with shredded lettuce AND it had mcchicken chicken on it instead of the correct chicken. The mcdoubles were NOT plain. The only thing that was correct was the regular mcchicken I ordered, and it was cold. The fries were ice cold. The meat on the mcdoubles looked as if it were two days old. It was dried up and hard. We called to complain and the manager was rude. We were told refunds cannot be done after 6pm. But, we could bring back the food and they'd replace it. She also insinuated I lied about sitting there for nearly 30 minutes waiting on my order. Every single time I go to this McDonalds, the service absolutely sucks. Waa asked to pull up because they only had 2 parfaits ready! Like how hard is it to throw yogurt and fruit in a cup...After waiting 10 minutes I went in and told them I needed them I was in a hurry. The idiot they was supposed to be making them was standing in the back talking and putting stickers on stuff. Aren't they supposed to get the order made since a customer (me) was waiting on them. Waited about 10 more minutes inside after watching the girl that was, again supposed to be b making them walk off somewhere instead of doing her job! Why the he'll would anyone have to wait 20 minutes for 2 parfaits? Most people that go thru the drive-thru in the mornings are heading to work and don't have the time to wait for someone to piddle around and not make the food a customer orders. You would think she would have hurried up and made the 2 I ordered but obviously she was too stupid to comprehend that they need to get the orders done as fast as possible. Read moreStopped in for a "quick" lunch on March 4, 2022. Ordered from the kiosk and took my Number sign to a table. About 12 minutes after waiting for it to be brought to me, I went to the counter to ask about my order. Young lady told me, "I called your number several minutes ago". And she pointed to a order in a bag. I told her I didn't hear the call due to the noisy crowd, plus I have hearing loss. And, the number sign plainly states to be seated and order will be brought out. I've used kiosk at other McDonald's and never had a issue. This McDonald's has forever lost my business. Lousy service, employees with "attitude", you name it! 👎👎👎😠😡
THIS IS OLD POST FROM JAN. 2022----Went for a job interview. Shortly into the interview the manager said I would need to talk to another manager. The interview concluded with my name and phone number being written down on a legal pad,( where was my online application?), and being told I'd be contacted. So far, nothing! These employers are screaming for help, but when a semi retired school custodian applies it's been the same "tail chase" at other jobs since moving in this area.
