Wendy's — Restaurant in Corbin

The accuracy is usually pretty spot on at this store.admittedly the managers at this establishment are always very snarky. Especially the rose lady. As a matter of fact because of her being so nasty all the time , we always got the the one on the falls road. Im also not fond of the tall, mid to early 30’s.. brown short haired gentleman that has been working up front recently. He is VERY arrogant. Last week I asked him if he could get me napkins and he scoffed and said he had a hard day and i wasn't making it better. Then, I was in hurry and told him . He said that “ if I hurry for you then he will hurry the rest of the day “ and said he's not paid enough for that. I can take rudeness. Its fine. But the way he was rude to this blind gentleman was not necessary. He kept holding up his fingers to be sarcastic. It just was not necessary. The sweet lady that was getting the food together felt so bad for him (the blind man) that she directed him away . Why is it always this store that has such rude employees. ? It would be nice to go to this one . Since I work next door. But the stinky attitudes i will...

The last 20 times I went they made something wrong or just left something out. This last time they left out a double chocolate chip cookie, they said they don't sell those anymore but refused to give me a refund or trade it out for a different cookie. They said since it was a mobile order they couldn't do anything about it. But the principle of it is they stole money, even if it was a small amount. I will never be returning to this wendy's. The time before this I went I had a manager tell us to pull up to the window. Pulled up to the first window and she was smacking on the glass at the second window so loud it was audible to the speaker. We went for three orders and left with one. I won't go into more details about it. But this is by far one of the worst wendy's I have ever been too. Never a pleasure encounter when people refuse to work with you about mistakes. I have been gipped several times by this wendy's and just let it go. I am tired of...

We were the only patrons in the place when we got there. No one on the front line. Some voice from the back calls, "guests out front." At least two or three minutes go by and a girl comes in through the front door, makes her way behind the counter, washes her hands leisurely while making small talk with another employee. Eventually a disgusted looking manager keys her into her register so she could take orders (which each of us had to repeat at least once). I took my cup and got my drink and filled ketchup cups, set them on my tray, she reaches for my tray to pull it towards her and sticks her finger in my ketchup. At last she threw it away after laughing about it rather than expecting me to use it. This place would be laughable if they have anything resembling a rush hour around here.
