I am really liking the chicken side of the menu. Whenever I want something quick and fast I feel less guilty eating the sourdough chicken grilled sandwich minus the sauce. It's pretty flavorful and their sourdough bread is yummy. I do have one recommendation. The staff needs to know their system better before they argue with customers. I was charged and one of the men that worked there yelled across the store to tell me my debit card declined. At first I thought he was kidding because I entered pin and saw the word approved on the pad. I went up to the cashier to talk to him and showed him that it directly came out of my debit card account and he's still insisted that it was declined and that I needed to pay again. At first I didn't want to because I knew it was charged obviously but he assured me the transaction was canceled and that would be released IF there was a charge. Not a big deal for $26 I went ahead and paid again but of course here we are a week later and there are two charges on my account. The money isn't a big deal but the point that the employee would want to argue with me after I showed him the transaction and one other person witnessed approval on the pad was a little out of line. They were never loud just unreasonable. I would be very embarrassed if my staff treated customers/ guests like this. I certainly stayed respectful but it drove me nuts the manager wouldn't bother to come out. Like I said I wasn't going to be rude or argue with the line level employees they work too hard. Just teach the crew your system a little bit more and perhaps follow up when you're wrong. This was an unnecessary incident and the next person may not have been as nice as I am. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on 6/7/23 and received a response today 6/8/23 that I have been refunded what I was charged. I was not going to wait a week for them to review my refund request as it is stated on the their refund request page. It is ridiculous, they want to refund customers at their own time when it is not our problem that their employees are not doing their jobs or their system is not working. They were able to charge my card right away but would have had to wait days if I didn’t involve the BBB. It’s also Unbelievable, if you read the reviews from other customers you can see that it seems that this is an ongoing issue where they are told that they are unable to take orders. Save yourself the headache and don’t order through the app from this Jack in the Box

Always something wrong with this location. Either they get the order wrong or their system is down. I placed an online order for pick up on the Jack in the box app and as soon as I got there the worker in charge was very rude, he stated in a rudely way that they were only taking DoorDash and Uber eats orders. I explained to him that I had placed an order online on the Jack in the box app and again he rudely replied stating that he had no order on his screen. I asked to speak to his manager and he rudely replied that he was in charge. This is extremely ridiculous, now I have to wait until Jack in the box contacts me for my refund which was for a big order. Never again am I going to this location. Read moreThe reason I’m giving two stars instead of just one is because the times I’ve been, the lady that has always been at the drive thru window when I’ve gone, has always been super nice. But every time I’ve gone there is always something wrong. They are ALWAYS out of stuff, whether it be sauces, cups, food, fry containers, etc. they literally are always out of something. And it’s not just on my order. I also hear them tell people ahead of me and behind me in the drive thru that their out of something the customer has ordered. There is also always something broken. And yes, I understand things break in a business establishment. But things should not be breaking that much and be broken that long. If they are, then they need to be replaced. Like the shake machine breaks, or there’s only one register working or they have no ice because the ice machine isn’t working. Which by the way the ice thing is an easy fix. Have the manager or owner or trusted employee go to the gas station that’s so close it’s within walking distance, buy some ice, then fill your ice bins up and put the excess ice in the walk-in freezer so you can fill the bins up again. That’s literally the easiest fix in the long list of things that break. Anyways, the food, when they’re not out of what you want, it is either always cold like it’s been sitting for a long time, or it’s under cooked. Literally the only positive thing I can say about this location is the lady I always see there is always super nice and apologetic. Even though it’s not her fault these things are wrong.
