Taco Bell — Restaurant in Corinth

I would leave less than one star if google would allow me to. First off, my truck was too big for the drive through to recognize it. Therefore, all the cars behind me were honking like crazy when I had yet to be greeted at the drive through. I finally had enough and felt bad for the people in line behind me that I pull through, park, and go in- barefooted and all. They take my order and I wait 48 MINUTES for my order to be processed. Mean while, back at home, my wife is on the phone with the screaming children who think their father- who said he was going to get dinner and abandoned them. (I guess that’s what I get for getting my kids taco Bell for dinner, right?) My wife calls me with screaming children in the background when I tell her what had happened. She asked to talk to the Taco Bell employees to see if she can expedite the order. Then I asked the order to be comped due to the terrible inconvenience this has caused for my family. The employee rolled her eyes at me and acted like I was there to serve her. I’m paying them, right? Like they should at least smile when they aren’t happy with what’s happening at their work place (I mean after all they are getting paid). So I wait almost an hour, pay full price, they get my order wrong- and I’m pretty sure they spit in it as well. Spare yourself some heart ache and go to any other food place but this one. I will be calling the health...

Saturday March 4, 2023. I tried this location again doors were locked @ 9am Saturday there were 4 cars in the parking lot so I am guessing employees were there. I guess they do not open the dining room for breakfast. Not sure if the drive throughwas open. Went to another establishment. 2022- I went in to get breakfast this morning. The place was empty. By empty I mean NO one was viable not even an employee. I went ahead & ordered @ the kiosk. Still waiting to see an employee about a minute later I finally see someone. It is am order taker. So I started telling her to double grill my burritos. She looks confused and says she is just the drive through order taker & doesnt make the food. She started looking for the line cook (manager) and doesnt find her. She even goes outside looking but no luck. I ask for a refund but she can't do that either. All this took about 4 minutes & the manager shows up. She said she had been in the restroom. I would think she should have told.her only other employee where she went. I was told they are waiting for background checks to hire more employees and that she (the manager) had worked 13 hours on Friday the day before. The store in Denton on 288 has never had this problem when I go there. A year ago - I so wanted to love this location but they are the worst since the remodel. I’ve about had it with this Taco Bell location and the staff. Disrespectful, rude, dismissive and make the customer feel stupid.

In one occasion I was made fun of by the person taking my order through the speaker. They made it sound like they couldn’t hear me over and over again… the third time I said: “I’m sorry, what I’m trying to say is that I need a minute to order” they replied with “huh??” then when I raised the volume of my voice to help them hear me and said “I’m sorry! I just need one minute please” they replied with “bro… I heard you the first time” in a disrespectful tone. I was really taken aback. This is really disrespectful and unprofessional.

During my most recent visit, I was dismissed and treated badly when I pointed out that my order was not done properly. Then they directly implied I was trying to get free stuff by causing a fuzz, but I made it clear from the beginning that I was more than willing to pay “extra” to get what I originally ordered and they had gotten wrong. I got so frustrated that I just said “thank you, it’s okay.” And left the store.

To top it all off, when I got home and opened my bag, my food was packed wrong and the burrito and tacos were all over the bag unwrapped…
