I have ordered from at least 20 different domino's pizzas in my travels, But after ordering from this location for the first time last Saturday I was extremely disappointed in the team members training and the managers ability to rectify the problem. We called to place and order the 5.99 two med pizza deal that has been running for years, when we asked to get pan instead of handmade they told us it would be 3.00 more per pizza, the website states a 1.00 upcharge. We placed the order and were told the total, less than 5 mins but more than 2 mins later I called back to change the order as my other constituents didnt want to pay the upcharge and decided to change it to handtossed. The gentleman that answered the phone said there was no order present for the address or phone number provided, so we then tried to place a new order, The same 5.99 ea for 2, 2 topping medium pizzas, First pizza was a med ht garlic parm sauce, with philly meat and red peppers, I was told they didnt have the garlic parm sauce and had not carried it in 4 or 5 years, and when i asked about the 5.99 pizza deal he said there was no such thing. So i then asked to speak to the manager, asked him about the sauce, 5.99 pizza deal, and told him what was happening, he said he didnt know who was trying to take my order( after they were the ones that gave him the phone), and said he had already showed the first order out for delivery, which less than ten minutes before we were told didnt exist, the order was not correct and the manager insisted we still had to pay for it! Read moreOrdered pizza an hour ago and was given estimated time 36-46 minutes. Called store and they said “You may just want to cancel your order because you are way down the list. We just finished making 100 pizzas for another order.” I asked why nobody called and they said they weren’t allowed to call. When I asked to cancel the order I was told I would not get my free pizza coupon back that I had redeemed. I asked to speak to a manager because that sounded wrong, and was placed on hold for 15 minutes. I was then hung up on and had to call back. Manager got on phone immediately and said they would give me free pizza coupon back and I was misinformed by initial employee. So many frustrating points here - from incorrect quoted time, to nobody alerting us, to spending more time wasted on hold and being hung up on, and we still have nothing to eat! Thanks a lot Dominos! We asked for a refund after that mistake, but this branch will only give you a store credit of "7 days" to redeem one item. This store refuses to refund money for an error. Today, we ordered a pizza early (11:00am), so we could eat as we were moving out of house. The estimated deliver originally was 18-38 minutes. At 11:45am, we call the store, as the pizza tracker said a quality check was being performed at 11:09am. The young lady working at this location states the, "tracker is what it is...and your food will be delivered in 15 minutes". Well, the food arrived at 12:34pm, an hour and 30+ minutes from time of delivery. As you already guessed, there is no partial refund. Bazinga!
