This place was recommended to me as a great place to relax and have some beers by my friends. As soon as I got over there I saw a notice on the door that said "No mask, no service." As somebody who have been hospitalized for covid and have had a family member who had severe covid and was placed in a induced coma for an entire month, it came as a surprise as soon as I opened the door that not one single soul had a mask on throughtout the entire time, everybody were kissing and hugging, and people were saying that Covid was nothing seriously. I was the only person who was wearing my masks at the entire place and a old lady approached me telling me that she was feeling offended by me wearing my mask. My best friend and I told her that I had been hospitalized for Covid just a little over month ago and she kept saying that it was not that serious since she only felt numbness on her bones. This came as a surprise, a shock, and it made me feel so uncomfortable that we had to leave the place within 20 minutes of being there. Please please please!!! If you have self love, self-respect, and you do not want to catch Covid then avoid this place at all costs! They do not abide by the government rules, there is no six feet apart, and they see Covid as something minimal...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI will not be back again neither will the group of 10 we usually go in there with. I was cussed out and called out by the lady bartender there on July 24 about a tip amount despite being a good tipper on previous checks. She called me out in front of the whole bar which isnāt many people anyway. Tried to order another drink so I could tip larger and satisfy her brat attitude she had and was told I wasnāt worth serving and a waste of time to serve. Iāve been coming here for almost two years but am forced to break it off after that kind of treatment from a bartender. Itās been falling off the last year anyway. About all thatās left there is the regulars and definitely much better night life choices in the lake...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHad my purse stolen there when very few people were there. On the three other occasions I was there, I could as well as others attest my bar tab was the biggest, yet when my purse is stolen, the owner could care less, even the Cornelius police are fed up with his dragging his feet to release the tapes for them to arrest the one on film stealing my person. If I could rate less, I would. Way too many bars and venues where a customer is appreciated as they know you could easily go to some...
