My family was in the market for new mattresses and adjustable beds. We stumbled upon Snooze Mattress as we were looking for local companies to buy from.

From the moment we entered the store, Kara and Ryan were so helpful.

I don’t remember what the technology was called, but they had us lay down on a mattress in the positions we tend to sleep most and show us our pressure points and recommend a level of firmness for us.

Then we divided and conquered. Ryan helped me and Kara helped my boys.

Such great customer service and honestly I did not feel like I was being sold. They listened and helped advise.

Add on top of all of that the comfort promise and it was a great experience over all. (Again, I can’t remember what it was called, but you have a 120 days to swap out in case you did not like what was picked.

While we don’t buy mattresses often, if you’re in the market for one, I would highly recommend stopping by Snooze...

My husband and I were overdue for a new mattress and decided to browse at Snooze Mattress Co. Ryan was amazingly patient with us as we questioned each mattress coils and side support and warranty, etc. I can see how stressful mattress shopping would be with the wrong salesperson. Ryan was never pushy or impatient with us. Kara also was informative and helpful. We also liked their refund/exchange policy. It gave us confidence in our purchase that if after 30 days we decided that we picked a mattress that was either too soft or firm, that we could exchange it. When spending such a large amount of money, this company strives to give you satisfaction in your purchase. We ended up buying new pillows and sheets as well. The quality and comfort was stellar. If I could add more stars I would. My wife and I decided to get a new mattress after 10 years with our old one. We chose Snooze because we love supporting family owned and operated business. Kara at Snooze went above and beyond to take care of us with dream mapping to find our perfect mattress. She was so professional, kind, and extremely knowledgeable. We’ve only had our mattress for a few days, but after just one night of sleeping on it the back pain my wife and I have had for years was instantly gone. It was incredible to wake up pain free and refreshed in a way we haven’t felt in ages. We switched from a plush to a medium firm to fit our body’s needs and wow, it was just what we needed.
