Dalias has always been my go-to for pizza delivery. The people there are always so nice and the pizza is always good. Tonight was a different story. I called at 6:00pm and spoke to a man that took my order. I asked that it be for delivery. He said it would be about 40 min. I waited 1 hr and called to check on the status of my order. A lady looked up my order, verified my street address and said the driver was on the way, should be there any minute. I waited another 20 min and still no pizza. I called back and was transferred to the same man. He said my pizza was sitting there as I said it was for pick-up. I said no, I said delivery. He said he could have a driver deliver it but it would be extra. I said that is ridiculous for me to pay extra when I ordered it for delivery. He got very aggressive and wanted to argue with me. I even said, why are you arguing with me when I know what I ordered. He said he was cancelling my order and to never call back again. I cannot believe this. How rude of him and what horrible Customer Service. I have been a loyal customer for several years. ...

5 star food quality/ 1 star service. I ordered online yesterday at 7PM with a done time of 724PM; i showed up at 735 for pickup and waited 10 mins until an older man (im assuming the owner?) let me know they gave my order to someone else and needed to remake my order and it would be 10 mins. I received my order at 754PM and the owner did not offer me anything additional for the inconvenience or additional wait time. All he asked is if i wanted a soda to which i told him i already paid for one and all he responded was, "ok" and sent me on my way. I expected as a customer to be taken care of as they are the ones that messed up giving my order away to someone else. A suggestion for future mistakes - maybe offer your customer some free wings or maybe a dessert to "right your wrong" and make the customer feel like they are getting an Awesome Customer...
