I came in this morning to pick up an online order I placed for pickup. When I arrived, there was a man waiting there, and to my surprise, the employee gave him my order. According to her, he said he was picking up my order but he didn’t show any receipt or proof. I have no idea how he knew my name, but what upset me the most was that the employee didn’t even try to resolve the situation.

Instead of helping me, she moved on to the next customer like nothing happened. She suggested I wait for the man to somehow deliver the order to my house but I never paid for delivery or even added my address to the order. Her response was careless and dismissive.

What made it worse was that she didn’t offer a solution, apologize, or even show concern that I walked out with nothing. I’ve been coming here every morning, and the other girls are always so kind and helpful but this experience really changed how I feel about this location. I didn't notice this acai bowl shop until I saw the big flag near Magnolia Ave, so I decided to give it a try.

I got created my own acai bowl. There were several bases and toppings to choose from. I tried the new Matcha Vanilla and it was really good. The clerk was very pleasant and helpful. She offered samples to help me decide. I like the decor inside - simple but nice. There are 2 separate tables with chairs, and also 2 individual soft chairs so that you can sit inside and enjoy your food.
