Del Taco — Restaurant in Corona

So I always order del taco I usually get the same thing soft taco combo fries coke k whatever but this time I got my taco and the cheese was stuck together my fries were burnt and sauggy I was just very unhappy more because I was starving so anyways I call the store just to let them know I was unhappy I wasn't trying to get free food or anything so I call the store and the manger was being a d00k if u know what I mean he didn't even say sorry or anything I don't have a car and I wasn't about to walk down to the store to let him know because probably would've been in jail right now but he was just so rude to me so best believe I am going to call in the morning and I had a problem in the past no biggy but I had called to tell the manager and the manager offered to remake the food it was late and I didn't want it that night so the manager had said okay u can come in another time and we will remake your order and I did and the manager was so sweet but tonight was very unavailable burt fries and old cheese...

Spent over 40 minutes in drive thru line. Few months have pasted since last visit, went inside and now you have to order through kiosk or wait long time for someone to see you like other customers were. Drive throw line have about 10 or more cars. In a few months customers will probably have to cook their own food...lol...tacos were super greasy and soggy by the time I got my order. One other thing, the time stamp on the receipt on kiosk is 4 hours off, so harder to track for complaining about how much time it took to finally get food, took a little over 20 minutes for my order Came back for more torture, self-service sucks if you want to pay with cash. They made me wait more time to take my money, even my order was ready. Not coming back here, one cashier for both drive...

Not only was the food terrible today but place was very dirty. The place was not busy as there was only 1 other person inside eating and 2 cars in the drive thru however they rushed our order and made it wrong. Paid $15 and the food was greasy. We ordered the Del Tacos which is suppose to have double meat and double cheese and when we ordered it on a soft shell, I couldnt find either in the shell. Since they made it wrong and added tomatoes when we ordered the tacos without, we took them back up to the counter and asked them to be made again with no tomatoes but on hard shells. They were in such a hurry, they scooped the grease and slapped it in the shells. I have to wonder if they would serve it to their own...
