When we arrived, it was not fully busy. We were a party of 5 and promptly placed our order. From our booth, we could see a male cook and a red haired woman with her unbound hair hanging in her face working in the kitchen. Several parties came in after us and placed orders after us. Our awesome cheerful waitress NICOLE was working her tail off..ALONE. she had 90% of her tables full and the other waitress was only 30% full and it was obvious there was no team support or attention to customer service to assist with our busy section. After both tables that arrived after us had been served, we witnessed one having to send their food back (twice)because the cook had paid no attention to their particular food preparation requests and the other waiting on their order of rice with their meal. @ the first table, After the 2nd return for the same plate of food, poor Nicole pulled the printed food order to make sure she had written it right for the cook. She showed it to the customer..NO AMERICAN CHEESE on his food. She ended up having to re-prepare his plate with the shredded cheddar cheese he had requested. The other table next to us had gotten all the food they ordered..even their dessert EXCEPT FOR THEIR RICE. After about 30 minutes, we were starting to get anxious with 3 kids waiting on their food. When our first plates of food were delivered, the kids realized their chocolate chip pancakes were burned! Then came my husband's French toast with sausage and my grand slam. We each bit into our sausage, and found that it was RAW! It was browned on the outside and pink and smooshy on the inside. I quickly lost my appetite and called Nicole over. She profusely apologized and offered an immediate refund of my food. She then went over to the red haired woman (who we later found out was the shift manager TAYLOR) and disappeared to the back for several minutes. NICOLE came back alone, APOLOGIZED AGAIN and brought us an adjusted receipt. SHIFT MANAGER TAYLOR DID NOT ACCOMPANY HER, NEVER CAME OVER, DID NOT APOLOGIZED OR OFFERED ANY REMORSE FOR HER RESTAURANT SERVING RAW PORK.(not leadership quality or public safety conscious at all!!) THE OWNERS OF THIS RESTAURANT NEED TO MONITOR MORE CLOSELY PUBLIC SAFETY GUIDELINES AND GIVE CLEAR EXPECTATIONS TO anyoneTHEY LEAVE IN CHARGE TO REPRESENT THEIR BUSINESS. Very disappointed!
Only giving a 2 star because NICOLE was an asset to this establishment and deserves to be recognized for her FIVE STAR service and...

Horrible service we got up and left the restaurant the person that accompanied me did express her disappointment towards them and told them thanks for even bothering to offer us a glass of water you have really bad service here the restaurant was not even full or busy they had no reason to not take our order at a appropriate timing. As we walked out the manager was nowhere to be seen as we did want to submit a complaint about how unprofessional there service was overall I do not recommend this Denny's location don't go here. Read moreI went in around midnight and placed a pickup order for an apple crisp. After I paid, I was told the oven was being cleaned until 2 AM and they wouldn’t be able to make it. I asked for a refund, but was told only the manager could process refunds—and she wouldn’t be in until 7 AM.
I asked if I could get something else instead, but was told everything required baking. I then asked if they could issue a gift card for the amount I paid, but the employee said she didn’t know how to do that either. I also asked for a receipt as proof of purchase, but wasn’t given that either. At this point, I was uncomfortable—something felt off, and it seemed like the staff were under the influence.
I left my name and number and asked for the employee's name so the manager would know who I dealt with. She hesitated and didn’t have a name tag on. It looked like she was trying to come up with a made-up name, and after a while, she finally said her name was Alyssa and that the manager, Vanessa, would contact me.
I never got a call, so I followed up around 3 PM. When I asked to speak with the manager and began explaining the situation, the call was suddenly disconnected. I called back three more times—no answer. When they finally picked up, I was told I had ended the call, which wasn’t true. The employee then said she’d contact the manager and call me back either way—but I still haven’t received a call, a refund, or...
