I went through the drive through and ordered a couple ice cream cones for my kids, I pull up to the window to pay with cash and some change, the associate at the window was too lazy to reach his hand further out of the window then 1/2 a foot, so inevitably the change fell to the ground outside the cashier window, the amount that fell to the ground was 4 cents, the sales associate looked at the money and counted it and said “your a couple cents short” and I replied “yes that couple cents is currently on the ground outside your window because you weren’t careful and didn’t want to reach out the window further than 1/2 a foot so it’s on the ground where I’m sure some other customers change is since I can’t be the only one your this lazy with” and they reply “well we cannot give you your ice cream cones until we get full payment “, at that time I realized this was the most petty and unprofessional cashier that you could ever imagine, we are literally talking about 4 cents here, the 4 cents the clerk dropped on the ground because they have a bad attitude at their job and are pissed they are working the drive through window at Tommy’s, I told that donkey cancel the ice cream cones and refund my money, by the way Tommy’s you can keep the 4 cents that’s on the ground outside your window, apparently your employees are completely unprofessional and rude, I’ll never eat at one of your overpriced and crappy food spots for the rest of my life. Most ridiculous experience ever, so so petty it’s unreal, by the way the employees in this location look like they could use a drug...
Read moreI remember visiting Tommy's back in LA, for those special chili nights; what better place to go other than here?
For a restaurant deliciously notorious for their chili-adorned fast food (their "world famous chili burgers", in particular), the cleanliness and hygiene of the interior were superb. In fact, you wouldn't think the place was a 'slam-everything-in-chili-and/or-cheese' with how clean and spiffy the tables, chairs, windows, everything looked.
There's even a sanitizer dispenser right beside the napkin equivalent (tip: napkins are very essential when eating here). Like, damn.
The service is especially great. Staff here are nice and patient, though it might've been because we arrived at a not-so-busy time. Regardless, it definitely helped with my pleasant experience here.
To be fair, the food here should be something of a craving on certain days rather than an occasional thing. Although I rate the food 4 stars (the chili burgers back at LA were a bit better), the additional bonuses provided here bumps it up to a 5. Awesome.

Read moreComplete horrific I went through the drive-through and I expected it to be a little bit of a wait after sometime past roughly 10 to 15 minutes. I happen to see the cashier in the window having a 15 minute consistent conversation with the car in front of me I assumed it was the past the time, I sit back and I wait more time. I noticed the cashiers still having conversations with the person in front of me so nearly 20 to 25 minutes. I called the store and I politely asked if they would be the person in front of me, their order within the next 5 to 10 minutes , and the person on the phone was utterly clueless and had no idea about anything as soon as I ended because the person in front of me drove off and drove out of the parking lot and I happen to have my food ready immediately I would consider this to be playing games, wasting time horrible customer service, and total...
