PokePort — Restaurant in Corona

I went to this location at 2150 California Ave in Corona because the other locations have had great service and the food was good. There were no customers there. I ordered a large bowl the same way as at the other locations. The guy didn't wait for me to explain how I wanted it made. He didn't ask if i wanted any sauce on the rice. He immediately put the fish on the rice. I wanted the fish mixed with spicy mayo and scallions first. I also wanted a spicy mayo and a layer of seaweed salad on the rice before the fish was added. He refused to remove the fish from the rice and mix the spicy mayo with the fish before putting it on the rice. He then upchargeed for extra seaweed salad much more than other locations. The included amount was much less than normally. I then asked for 2 extra masago and he acted like he didn't know how to charge for the extra scoops. I asked for the side of spicy crab in a separate container and he acted like it was an unreasonable request. My son likes the bowl made a certain way.

My husband ordered from doordash. This is our first time to order at this place. I am totally disappointed.. the Philadelphia roll look so disgusting. It doesn't even look like a philly roll. Really sloppy work. I ordered a large and small bowl and i cant even tell which is which because the portion inside the large bowl is so small and barely any sauce. Whoever cut the fish is not doing a great job. So sorry but i used to work at a poke/sushi place and this is NOT how u cut them. The octopus stinks! Don't you know that every morning before serving them you should rinse them? I asked for my spicy tuna to be put on the side but they still mixed it with the other fish. I didnt order any pineapples and somehow i got some huge chunks of pineapples! It's sad! I know restaurants are hurting because of this pandemic but ur going to hurt more if you continue serving like this. I'll just go to poketown at norco for my poke. It's not worth it! Edit** 1 hour after eating from here I have started throwing up. Never coming here again. Really disappointed with this place. Husband and I ordered a burrito that was supposed to have spicy tuna in it. They did not include it. We also ordered a shrimp tempura roll. The shrimp tempura seemed cold and soggy. Not fresh at all. We also ordered Boba. The only decent one was milk tea. Anything else they do not know how to make the milk teas taste good at all. You're better off going a couple doors down at Ding Tea (amazing milk tea/boba). Honestly the first red flags about this place was walking in there's no AC working. But you're serving raw items?
