Very disappointed in my chicken bowl today! The chicken wasn’t caramelized like usual and the broccoli was mostly stems. As you can see in my photo I was actually given mostly broccoli stems, very few crowns. I am downgrading my stars from 5 to 2. I have noticed a falling off of quality over my past few visits.

Review from 2018 I love this place! My daughter told me about it. I get the regular size chicken with 1 scoop brown rice and carrots and broccoli. This size leaves me some for leftovers. I think Juan was stoned. I ordered a chicken bowl, wife ordered a tofu bowl. When my number was called there were two chicken bowls. I told him one was supposed to be tofu. He charged me an additional 16 cents even though he wasn’t listening when the order was placed. Waited additional time for tofu bowl. Then he failed to give me any sauce. It goes without saying if you have been to one flame broiler you have been to them all. This particular location has extremely friendly staff that is very helpful and kind. The service is great.
