Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Corona

So disappointing on how downhill this location has gone recently. There used to be two sisters that worked this particular location and were on point. I work in the same shopping center and always call my order in so I can run over and pick it up without closing for too long. Well for the last two months the phones have not worked. Finally an associate told me they were up and running and I can call my order in. That’s been nice for like the last week. Today (1/2/24 1:00 pm). I call and the girl tells me they don’t do that. I told her the situation I do it all the time walk over and pick it up. It’s not like I’m going to ghost them I got her all the time and they know where to find me! Not a good look as a business...

I was rushed to the HOSPITAL !!!!

I’ve been denied service because I had asked her to remake my bowl. After I told her to remove the coconut ( which I’m allergic to) She then had grabbed the fruits with her bare hand. I can’t have any coconut or else I’ll die. And I’m also a diabetic. Your employees have mistreated me to a lower class citizen denying me food. With my condition I had to hurry to the hospital To get my blood sugar corrected because of this denial.

A lot of their smoothies have added sugar for some reason, e.g. lemonade or sherbet. Even when I asked them to leave it out, it was still distastefully oversweetened—I honestly couldn't finish it. They also messed up my friend's order, and couldn't answer basic questions about whether ingredients had dairy or gluten. The store could use some seats too, because smoothies take a while to prepare, and depressing Radiohead music didn't create a great atmosphere. Bad...
