Our visit was an absolute joke. After putting our name down we were told it will be a 30 min wait. So we sat at the bar conveniently located at the entrance. The bartender looked at us and said “yes?” No “what can I get you guys “ no hospitality what so ever, just a direct “yes?”. Anyways, we asked him if he can make us something with vodka and just get creative. Seeing that he’s a bartender, he might know a few recipes... this guy put vodka and sparkling water and handed it to us. Literally no effort what so ever. After the first drink, he never came back. Not to us not to anyone else sitting at the bar. I saw people get frustrated and just left. It didn’t stop there, the host calls my name and we get up. Not even 10 seconds pass and she’s no where to be found. We literally had to hunt her down to find out where our seat is. No acknowledgment, nothing. No “your server will Be right with you” nothing. She just puts the menus on the table and leaves. But wait there’s more.... our server comes and takes down our drinks and appetizer. We literally just ordered edamame. I want to say 10 mins passed and she came back with my beer. 2 people join our Teppan table and she literally hands them our waters!! I am not joking. She literally Hands them our waters that WE ordered!. She circles around brings back their drinks in no time. AND brought their sushi appetizer before our edamame. how? You don’t even have to prepare our appetizer you just heat it up and bam it’s ready. Finally, she grabs the plate from in front of my wife and just takes it to another table. I looked at my wife and I was most puzzled. I laughed and said “did we do something to them?” We couldn’t take it anymore. We just left. 20 min drive, 1 hour spent at the restaurant. Time that I will never get back. Absolute joke of a restaurant .

We’re visiting from out of town and chose this place for dinner on a Saturday night. It wasn’t terribly busy. Which was great. We were seated right away. But then it took anyone a really long time to greet us at our table. 3 different servers came up and asked us if our server had been over yet. One of them even took our drink order but never brought them to us. So finally our server greets us and says how sorry she was she got caught up with another table blah blah blah. Honestly I could care less, but no need to for any excuses. I simply said no worries and continued to give her not only our drink orders but also food orders, because it had been that long that we had waited. She finally starts bringing out our food one by one. Everything was good. Typical food and taste for this type of place. But her service was so slow we had to wait 3 separate times to flag her down for more water. At one point I contemplated getting up and just getting it myself. She took for ever to bring the bill. Shocker. I literally shoved my card at her so I didn’t waste anymore time. We were just so ready to leave at that point. Long story short. Horrible service. Decent food. Would I go back? Ehhhhhh I’d probably go somewhere else.

This place was fantastic overall! We had a party of 10, celebrating my husband's and sister in-law's birthday Saturday evening. The food was very good. And I had anticipated the bill being over $400. And it was! Our server Jerry was great! He was outgoing and had a great personality and made sure our drinks were filled and that we had everything we needed for the whole party. Our Teppanyaki chef Johnathan had some pretty cool skills. He cooked us up delicious food while entertaining us. And the food portions were very generous! It was a memorable night and everyone enjoyed it. The only thing that was a little difficult to do while there, was being able to hear. It was so loud there that I felt like I was in a club. My 5 year old wanted to go home, he was not used to the loud noise. Everyone was asking our server Jerry to repeat what he said several times, same with our Teppanyaki chef Johnathan. We could not hear anything. So thank you both Jerry and Johnathan for being patient with all of us for repeating yourself over and over. It was a great night celebrating birthdays! Thank you!

First time visiting this place and I have to say I’m very disappointed. I haven’t receive horrible service in such a long time. We waited for about 40 mins then saw there was some seats available at the bar so we decided to get a drink before we actually got seated at the table. We sat there for about 5 minutes while the bartender ignored us. There was no greeting, no friendly gestures, no “be with you shortly”...NOTHING! We all sat there with our IDs in hand waiting for the bartender and then we finally got called to go sit at our table so we left the bar. We waited at the table another 15 mins before someone came to take our drink orders. 10mins later we got our drinks. There were about 4 tables that were being attended by the chef so we just figured we’d be next shortly. BOY WAS I WRONG! This turned into a nightmare. The other tables quickly started to fill up and get attended before we did and we were there first! We didn’t even get the soup or salad while tables that had gotten there after us had theirs. The other family that was sitting at our table complained to a manager that was just standing there looking around and all he said “sorry, we’re trying to please everyone”. I’m sorry but this is not acceptable! It’s one thing of the waitress or the manager came over and said “hey we’re a little backed up, be with you shortly” or came to check on us to see if we we need more drinks or water, or maybe to give us our appetizers but that didn’t happen! We all sat there pissed off and complained about how we were there before a lot of the other tables yet we weren’t getting serviced. Literally almost 2 hours later we were annoyed and “hangry” to say the least. The other family stated they were going to leave and we were all on the same boat. We decided to look for a waitress to let them know we were leaving but couldn’t even do that. So we ended up leaving. I’m so disappointed in this place and I would never go back. I would suggest following up with your customers more to make sure everything is okay or simply if there’s a delay to let us know. This place doesn’t not value one’s time nor...

A man named Hugo S. was our chef on this Friday night we went to celebrate a family members birthday. We disclosed to the waiter right away that I was horribly allergic to sesame seeds. Generally they're only put on the rice, so it's no big deal.

The chef, Hugo, proceeded to put sesame seeds onto the rice and act horribly offended when I told him I wasn't able to eat it. For the rest of the meal, he put sesame seeds on everything. Everything. The vegetables, the shrimp, you name it. Who even puts sesame seeds on shrimp? Just to spite me or something?

He told someone else to get me my food, which didn't come out until everyone else was done eating. My food was cold and everyone else was leaving when I was served. This man needs to find a new career if he can't handle looking at the paper directly infront of us that he checked many times to see what our orders were and how long to cook them for. That guy is actually horrible. If I come back and this guy is still running around ignoring important information like allergies that were told to them clearly, then I will most likely see if there is legal action I can take for this man's total disregard for peoples safety.

And this doesn't even mention how he did not do anything the other guys are doing. No tricks, no talking to us. Nothing. The bare minimum. He cooked for such a short period of time as well. The waiter didn't come to us either at all throughout the entire dinner. We had to get up and go to the bar ourselves for service. I'm disappointed in the whole thing but Hugo specifically needs to get his act together or find a different line of work.

I hope he or his boss sees this and understands how serious this is. You asked if we had allergies. We told you what it was. You wrote it down on the paper the chef used the entire time. And he disregarded the information blatantly and would've served it to me if I had not been paying attention to what he was doing. This could've been a serious lawsuit if I did not catch it and had a reaction when they were made aware and...
