Me and my wife were seated. The table was pre set with 2 large plates, tongs, and a hole in the middle (missing the grill part, they usually bring it after you get seated). The host said server will be right with us. We sat there for over 10 minutes before anyone came to see us. Just us two and our hole.. Finally server came over and he was nice, apologized for the wait, and filled the hole with the grill. He took our food and drink order, and we also asked for the normal assortment of side dishes including rice because they usually bring those out right away after u get seated.. We ordered 4 meats: prime steak, brisket, and the new ribs & beef belly. We also ordered 4 appetizers: salad, dumplings, spicy tofu soup, and KFC for appetizers. One soft drink and 1 water.. He informed us they were out of tofu for the soup but he said i can still get the soup broth just without the tofu and i agreed. Then he said food will be out shortly. Another 15 minutes passed and a girl brings out our Korean Fried Chicken (basically nuggets), and 1 small tray of brisket. Still no sides, no rice, no other apps, no other meats, no drinks. Our table was still baren. This is 25 mins into us being seated at this point. (see pic). I thought to myself I may as well get started cooking the 1 tray of brisket i got because im sure the rest of the food and drinks will be here by time i was done cooking. Nope. My brisket was cooked, and i ate plain brisket without sauce, rice or a drink, or any of the sides we are all used to eating with the meats. A few mins later (30 mins into being seated now) the server comes back and says they are out of ramekins for the sides so he put them in the sauce/oil trays. And he brough our drinks and 2 rice bowls. Still no salad, Soup, 3 other meats.. After sitting there for another 5-10 mins of staring at an empty smoking grill with nothing on our table to eat except a few pickles and plain white rice, I decided I had enough. (at this point even if the food got brought out the grill would need changing already after 1 plate of brisket because its been on with nothing else to cook for over 10 mins, and who knows how long that would have taken also).. I waived the General Manager down. He immediately asked if we were missing any food and I said "basically all of it".. Then he offered to check on our items and bring our items out faster. But I said nicely "after waiting this long and looking around at the service provided to other tables also, this experience hasn't been up to normal standards and i would like to leave.". And he said "ok ill adjust the bill and bring it right to you". Now i wasn't expecting a free meal regardless of how bad the service was, even tho we didn't really eat a "meal".. I expected to pay for the 1 soft drink, 1 KFC (nuggets), and 1 small plate of brisket we ate. But the General manager brings us the bill for $40.. (basically one full charge all you can eat plus the soft drink). I told him that i appreciated his attempt to help on the bill, but I disagreed with the amount being charged for what we were served to eat. I explained to him that we sat there for 40 minutes and we only at 1 plate of meat between both of us. And he said "I offered to start you order over and make a new order for you and bring your food out faster this time, but you declined. So this is all i can do on the bill. I cannot discount the whole bill". I told him that im willing to pay for the soft drink and the very little food we ate. Maybe the drink plus $10.. so like $20 max.. but charging me $40 for basically no food and one drink is absurd. He repeated "i cannot discount your whole bill". so i could tell this wasn't going anywhere. So i said this service has been horrible and after coming here multiple times before I am very disappointed and I 100% disagree with what im being charged. I paid and wrote on the receipt I had bad service. I plan to dispute the bill in accordance with what i feel I should have been charged, and reach out to corporate.

It's quite rare when I ever have to rate a place this low, but there was just so much that went wrong. My friend and I went and had their lunch menu. When we got there the place looked almost empty. We were kinda surprised because we were told we'd still have a wait. We honestly didn't think much of it and just thought it may still be early and they just might not have many wait staff just yet. When we did get seated our grill wasn't working so we had to be moved. Still we didn't think much of anything and moved to the next booth over easily. We later learned that it was one of the managers that had us seated and was waiting on us, proving the assumptions we made earlier to be correct. He was so busy attending to many other matters that he kept forgetting about us. First thing we asked for was two bowls of rice and we didn't get those until after our first round of meats when we asked again. Then even after that he completely forgot to serve us any sides, which is normally started with, until we asked about them. The service we got from him wasn't all that great honestly, we found ourselves waiting constantly. We were quite shocked to see that their support staff that was clearing plates, were so much more helpful. Later as we ate he got replaced by a different waiter that came in. He was actually ok, but let me just say the service has nothing to do with my rating. My friend and I came on empty stomachs!. We know about all you can eat kbbq and have been to many places even other Gens. We came so ready to eat. The first thing we noticed was the shrimp. We had it on the grill until it was almost charred and yet still it was very limp, soft, and gewy. That only happens if the shrimp is old!!. We ignored it and just continued with others. The steak we ordered was so good the first round we got so we decided to order another. Let's just say we should've stuck to only the first one. The next one came so discolored and even after cooking, we noticed it just didn't quite taste the same. There were a couple meats that just did not have that taste that we were used to and everything we ate from there only got worse. The one thing I really have to point out is one of our favorites too order is baby octopus but unfortunately they only had the spicy kind. We opted for the garlic calamari instead. It was so amazingly good until one bite I noticed a crunch. Which if you know squid isn't right. I pulled it out and found plastic packaging mixed in it. That was just the final straw for us. We knew then we would definitely not be coming back. The worst part of it all is we both felt so sick to our stomachs instantly after and it was nothing but stomach pains and trips to the toilets for both of us. Would definitely not recommended!!.

Mother's Day lunch for six, what a fiasco! We all arrived at 1pm and got seated pretty quickly. Then the nightmare began. It was not like they were super packed or anything since there were quite a few open BBQ tables. Staffing was more than sufficient. The waitress that served us first stated she would be our server (wrong, we saw her maybe 2-3 times and she stopped coming by). It was hard to understand her because she was masked and the hip hop tunes were blaring. A lady manager came and we had lousy service. For an entire hour, we had four bowls of rice, water and iced teas. They brought shrimp, short ribs, bulgogi and pork belly.. Problem is, neither BBQ burner was turned on! We had one pair of tongs to share (no scissors)! I had walk over to tell the lady manager and she came back and gave me another pair of tongs, still no scissors! They finally got our burners lit, except ours kept dying. We finally got to grilling but still no scissors. I had to savage the cooking short ribs by pulling on each rib with two tongs to separate them. 1 1/2 hours later, we finally received some scissors by asking a different server (first waitress never came back). It took several times of asking for us to get additional items to grill. If you look at the photos, the place was less than half full. On a positive note, one busboy was working his butt off, replacing grills and clearing tables. Our burner went out again and after several attempts to re light by the male manager to no avail, he finally moved us to a different table. To his credit, he tried to help us by getting our items brought out. After we got done with lunch, we had to wait some more to get our check (they were supposed to split it but they brought out one check instead). It took us almost 3 hours to have lunch, what a crock! We certainly are never going back.

I am so sick of this location, I don’t know why I keep giving it chances like something is going to change. But today was honestly the straw that broke the camels back. We will NOT be going back after today. It’s a shame too because the food is actually good there!

My husband and I got there today at 1:30pm and from the looks of it, it was not busy at all. There were only 5 to 6 tables with parties less than four ppl. From the moment we stepped in, there was no hostess or servers anywhere near the hostess stand. We were waiting for about 5 mins until somebody actually acknowledged us and was able to seat us, even though multiple servers and bussers were passing by us as we were waiting. Like really? No acknowledgment at all? Mind you, we were the ONLY 2 people waiting. No one ahead or behind us the entire time.

Nadine was our server and it took her 10 minutes to even get to our table to greet us and ask us what we wanted to drink. The entire 2 hours we were there, she never refilled our waters and only came TWICE to ask us if everything was ok. Mind you, there was a manager and another server there so she wasn’t the only server working. We literally had to wave her down 90% of the time to get her attention when we needed something. And when we were finally able to get her attention, it seemed like she was bothered by it. One of the times we had to get her attention was for the sauce trays, and when we were asking for them, she kept walking away from our table looking back at us. How hard is it to stop for a few seconds to hear what your customer needs? Again, it was NOT busy. There were literally less than 8 tables the entire time we were seated with parties less than 4-5 people. When she came back with the sauce trays, she slammed them on the table. Not set down, SLAMMED. We also had asked for more rice and it literally took 30 minutes for us to receive it because we had to remind her that we had asked for rice. And I wish I was exaggerating with the times! I was looking at the time because I was honestly astounded by how slow and terrible the service was.

The busser, Christopher, was probably the one that was attending us the most, and was most friendly. He was very attentive to the grill changes and even brought us our orders and was able to get us things that we needed like napkins, extra sauce trays, etc. He was probably the only positive to our entire experience today. Kudos to him.

Another thing, the manager who was there was not attentive at all either and had a face like she was annoyed to be there. She was going around helping food run, bring checks, and take plates from tables. Nothing wrong with that, but when you can’t even help out CUSTOMERS instead of your employees then that’s when it’s a problem. You’re a manager! One of the times we tried getting her attention, she kept walking away even though she had passed by us when we asked for help and was well within hearing distance. She did not turn around. She would also quickly get plates from tables and wouldn’t even stop to ask how everything was or if something was needed.

The atmosphere music is also very off-brand and inappropriate. The music the entire time we were there was rap/trap music talking about popping pills, f’ing b’s, and drug dealing. Who the hell wants to listen to that while at a Korean BBQ spot? Why not play some K-pop or something. This is a Korean BBQ, not Rolling Loud. Literally heard Migos, Future, Lil Uzi Vert, Shoreline Mafia, and a bunch of other trap artists. One of the customers that was a table down on the other side from us was even like “why are they playing this type of music”? Not professional AT ALL.

If you’re looking for a decent dining experience where you will actually be attended and not seen as a burden to your server, DO NOT come here. You will receive a TERRIBLE dining experience. This place has honestly gone downhill over the years....
