Juice It Up! — Restaurant in Corona

I went to this location today and the customer service was horrible. The cashier didn’t acknowledge or speak when I walked in, she just looked at me as she continued to make a order.

I was there for 2 minutes waiting and then two more customers walked in. She made sure to welcomed and greeted them, which I thought was odd since I wasn’t greeted. I placed my order, then went to my vehicle to wait. I saw that the people that were behind me were receiving their order so I went back in and couldn’t believe after 5 minutes of waiting for my order she was just now finishing up my drink but the people behind me had already received their order even though they came after me. I had one drink not to mention. Not sure if it’s bc I’m African American and the people weren’t or what the cashier’s issue was but I will not be returning to this juice...

So I know this Juice It Up is fairly new, so maybe the workers aren’t familiar with “the secret menu” and honestly the drink I get at every other location isn’t really a secret there so I guess they’re better at making them. All I know is that everytime I go to get my same drink I get everywhere else they hit it spot on. It tastes bomb everytime. Everytime I come here it’s watered down or tastes different, like they don’t know how to make it right. Maybe it’s cause the location is new and the workers here are younger as well. I have 3 locations that I split my time between, depending upon where I am. In the Grove Marketplace. On Sixth Street in Corona near the 91 and Maple Street exit. And lastly, in Eastvale. All three are a little different but every single one has great employees working for them. Greeted as I walk in the door.
