7 Brew Coffee — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

I have always gone to the Saratoga location and the service has ALWAYS been the BEST! I love it. Fast, friendly and the coffee is perfect! So it came as a HUGE surprise to come to this location and have to wait in line for 10 minutes and see a car leave just to look back and realize they left because they had taken the person behind them’s order before theirs. Then I look behind me and sure enough they were doing the same to me. The person handing out drinks didn’t even try to correct anyone. My friend and I decided to go to the location on Alameda near Texan trail. It was our first time trying 7 brew. The service here was not great. The young lady that helped us just seemed to be in her own world. We asked her a question about one of the teas, and we had to ask her twice because she wasn't paying attention at all. When she finally heard our question, she didn't know anything about the drink and was very unhelpful. She wasn't friendly, was distracted and moving us along. The drinks were okay. So this is first time ever trying 7Brew I decided to give it a go as this location that had opened 3wks prior was right by work. It was the butt crack of morning and my interaction with Philip was nothing short of amazing. He was kind , knowledgeable, patient and help me make a decision on what drink to get. He also made me aware of their free small drink days and hours along with a “Swag” event coming up. It was wonderful to have such a warm welcome so early in the morning . I will definitely be returning and giving other drinks a try. Philip deserves ALOT of recognition his customer service...
