April 4th I went through the drive through and ordered a ABBRG Combo and another ABBRG just the sandwich no onions. Needless to after getting home my burger was full of chopped up onions making it very difficult to take out or even to find them as they were mixed with in the avocado. I called to let them know in hope of getting another one made correctly. I was put on hold and I waited on hold 5 and a half minutes. I hung up a called again. Well they decided they weren’t going to answer. I continued calling. About 15/20 minutes later they picked up but just set the phone down. After about a couple of minutes they hung up. I continues calling. Another 10 or so minutes later they did the same thing picking up and setting the phone down. I could hear laughter in the background. A minute or so later they hung up again. I continued calling. I would say about another hour or so after the initial call someone answered. I asked to speak to the manager in charge and I was told she was one of them.?I explained the reason I was calling about my burger and then explained the The games games their employees were playing I guess thinking it was funny. I told her that I now just wanted a refund as I wouldn’t trust them putting something in my burger now. I gave her my order #533085. She said she was giving me a refund but it would take about 48 hours. It would show as a pending charge but it would refund and I could still go back with my receipt and they would make my order again. Today the charge when through as a charge and there was no refund. Read moreI'm here from Dallas staying at Drs regional bc my father in law fell suddenly I'll and we (me, my wife n kids well the other night on a short break we stepped out to enjoy a bite to eat and being born in corpus am proud to represent the original home of whataburger to my peers in Dallas well we were n are very disappointed bc instead of enjoying what we ordered from the menu I found myself going back to the whataburger on Alameda n Texan Trail to speak with the manager bc my order was wrong and at that point I wasn't going to givea bad review oh well, human error, it happens. Well , lo n behold here I am this morning at about 10am I find myself going back to the same whataburger, for the same reason my order was completely off so instead of sitting down with my wife my kids my father in law I'm headed back to whataburger not once but twice and even on the 2nd trip back they still made a mistake n left out the condiments I asked for, out of spite ?? Or just another human error, who's to say but I am very disappointed and will not be going to this whataburger again if any at all..

Read moreAwesome customer service from the entire team minus the employee that was handling the drive thru window. As I was filling my drink and reached up to get straw and lid I was rudely yelled at by an employee that had walked around the counter saying to me, "ummm you can't grab those kids from there, I said why not is there something wrong with them, she said no but those are for the drive thru, as she shook her head and then rudely pointed to where I guess the non drive thru lids were kept, way on the other side of the drink counter. She raised her voice to me as I was a child whom had just got caught with a hand in the cookie jar before having a meal. I was so embarrassed, so I just said so sorry! Anyways, I'm not sorry for visiting there but boy was I reminded on how some people just despise there jobs and don't care how or who they can reflect that on!! But for the rest of the team I give 5 stars for being great at what you do and how you feel about that customer service from the heart attitude, most...
