they were very rude including the owner forcing me to pay for a bowl of menudo that was not very good it was actually horrible I didn't ea MPt it but I had to pay for it anyway they didn't care they said I touched it I had to pay for it and they wouldn't didn't care whether I was a satisfied customer or not go figure that restaurant in Corpus Christi I would actually do that to customers you would think that they would want you to come back and tell other people to come back I guarantee you everybody that I will tell I will tell never to go there they are not worth our money and money is worth more than them. any other restaurant would have apologized and to satisfy me giving me something else to my liking and told me they're sorry however they did the exact opposite I were offended because I did not like it telling me that everybody else in Corpus likes it well I've got news for them I am not everybody else and not everybody goes to the restaurant I suggest it and nobody go there if they don't want to be disappointed and they're too expensive to even mess with I've already stated my grievance on this website and they take it off every time I will continue to post it so that all can read it I also put it on Facebook so don't think you can get rid of us the people that don't like your food because we're there thank...

I asked for a mango chamoy margarita and the margarita was not frozen, had a ton of chamoy that was not mixed in, and clumps of Tajin on the rim and in the margarita, so I asked for another. Not only did they charge me for this margarita but they didn't remake it when I clearly asked for another. When I told them again I would like a remake, they gave me a mango margarita that was again unfrozen and not what I wanted I said I didn't want that one and they charged me for that one also. The male "manager" who looks like he is 17 years old and wears glasses rudely came to our table, tried to take our plates when we were still eating and then asked if we needed boxes and we had to say no we were still eating. When I was leaving, the young male manager laughed at me. Also the woman manager there disregarded our concerns when we brought it up to her and charged us for the poorly made margaritas I didnt even drink. Read moreI've cake here for many years because I live around the area. I have gotten along with all the staff until recent . There is a gentleman in the front register who I have already have had 2 horrible encounter with him. I'm not sure if he doesn't pay attention or he doesn't understand English enough . But today I bought an asada taco and I requested over the phone for tortilla chips. The gentleman did not want to refund my money and also stated I was lying about what I ordered. I wanted to speak to a supervisor but he said no and his owner was sitting right next to us. The only reason the owner got up was because my partner who had to help me translate ajd help me understand what was going on with my order. At the end I got my refund for what I did not order and I did not take the food that was ordered correctly. And got my chips which was the correct order.at the end of my review I didn't like being called a liar and having to be spoken to in Spanish based by their choice purposely so I wouldn't understand what was going on.
