No good. My order was all wrong. They charged extra to replace the ground beef with steak meat which was fine, and they still tried to fool me and leave the ground beef in my items. Didn't put any hot sauce or napkins. I was in the drive thru so I returned immediately and the worker tried to charge me 3 bucks extra to replace the beef with the steak meat. Employee attempted to make a plea for the extra cost so I grew frustrated and asked for the manager which by now I had been waiting 8 minutes for these "bird brainers" to correct their error. In the end I ended up asking for a refund because the manager was just as worthless as his employee and now I see why the other employees lack intelligence due to their boss. I waited another 5 to 6 mins to get my refund. I had to home to hurry them up.I don't like giving bad reviews but when you have to you just have to. And tbh, if it was up to me I would give them no stars. I would NOT recommend this place. They couldn't even be considerate for their inconvenience. Don't go...

Cashier tried to over charge me for a steak quesadilla by ordering me a chicken and adding steak to and when I brought it up to her she told me me the was an like a 20 cent up charge for ordering steak but the extra charge for adding steak to a chicken quesadilla is 1.40. Once she realized her mistake and changed it I ordered two 5 layer burritos and she entered 6 five layer burritos which I had to address also. And after all that she forgot to add the no beans that I requested for the 5 layers. After I had got my food I realized there was a self serve kiosk which I will definitely be using from this point forward. In all its my opinion that fast food workers don't deserve 15 dollars an hour. A monkey could have done...

Went in at 9PM on 1/3/20 and placed an order inside for takeout. It was dead inside so we expected our food to be out fairly quick. After we received the first order, which was a single beefy nacho griller 30 minutes later, we decided to leave without our second order of a single reaper ranch taco placed a few minutes later, out of frustration. We were not going to wait any more time for a $2 order. This was the worst fast food experience I've ever had. Customer service goes a long way and I understand that things happen. Perhaps they were short handed.... but communication and clarity with the possible wait time would have made all of the difference. Instead we got rude staff that ignored our requests for an update...
