Church's Texas Chicken — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

Still waiting after 30 mins, only one car was ahead of me waiting….I spent $50 on an order that they couldn’t break a $100 for, then they usher all of the cars into the parking lot, 6 cars waiting…..bad service, I don’t even know what they’re doing in there…. Not moving lines except into the parking lot….I know sometimes you have to restock on cooked supplies, but it doesn’t that that long. They need some more training, better time management, better customer service, and better prep skills for 5:30 on a Sunday….you should be prepped for the Sunday (or any day) dinner rush just saying….

Update: got it after 45 mins. I went inside myself and got attitude for coming inside? Idk lol Missing an item, had to go back in to get it after I left, the excuse for my wait was someone before me ordered all the light meat…there was one car before me. But that’s why you don’t usher people off, had they told me it was going to take 45 mins to make more white meat (which I know isn’t accurate) I would’ve changed my order…def have areas for...

This specific restaurant location opened not long ago, and it started off on the wrong foot. The wait used to take literally about 30-45 at the drive-thru, the food was ok, the store software system was always having issues, and the staff were doing ok, but still needed training. Nothing has changed, with the exception that in the little time they've been open (about 1 yr), the ordering system does not work at the drive-thru. You have to order at the window and wait, but at least the wait is not as ling as it used to be. It's down to about 10-15 minutes or so. It says it is under new management, but I think they need one of several, or a combination of, things; training, more employees, better equipment, and definitely more higher management support. It is sad that this is in a prime location to make lots of money, but there is a lot lacking that is pushing customers away and killing their...

The wait for chicken was outrageous, there was only 1 vehicle in the drive-thru ahead of us waiting for their food. We ordered and still had to wait an additional 20 minutes. I checked the receipt and assumed the order would be in full, especially after the long wait, come to find out when I get home they did not even give us our fries, tried calling and of course I keep getting an automated recording. The chicken is horrible, it tasted like it was over saturated in grease ( I know it is fried), by that I mean it was if it had just been sitting in the grease that was at room temp until the grease reached temperature to start frying.
