Divina Dulzura Bakery — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

This little spot is adorable! All the pastries looked really yummy, and I wish I could have tried them all, but in due time.

It was a little overwhelming because it was so hard to choose what to get. I asked what were some of their popular items, and not to my surprise it would be the Dubai Pistachio Chocolate since it’s trending right now.

She also pointed to two of the rolled cakes that were displayed. I believe she said one was pineapple and the other was a raspberry. I chose the raspberry and a couple of the chocolates. The cake was not too sweet, but so yummy! It was perfectly fluffy and light unlike a lot of traditional rolled cakes that I’ve had which are always far too sweet and a little dry.

First timer and I will be back. The food was fresh, I could taste the actual flavor of the food, the homemade chilean sauce was so good too. Even had a cup of coffee. I had a burger with sauerkraut tomato and avocado with fries. Everything was so good. Even got to sample an emapanada. Absolutely delicious. Even the fries were so fresh, so crispy, the food wasn’t heavy at all. Even though it was a lot of food, I wasn’t feeling horrible after eating. This is how I prefer my food to taste. It was my first time going to the bakery. As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted and welcomed. The customer service is excellent. Jada helped me and she took the time to explain the different desserts to me and she was wonderful. I also met one of the owners of the bakery and he was very nice and very welcoming.
