Taqueria Mexico Lindo — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

I guess depends on what time you go, service was okay but the special of the day and the food was less desirable. I had the special of the day, hamburger steak with mash pototoes, rice and a salad. First of the complementary salsa and chips, salsa is so good but on this day chips were stale, cold and horrible. Back to the special, it wasn't fresh hamburger steak and it tasted as such. When I spoke with management, I got out of her that it was fresh, as being a foodie and I know how to cook, I detested her quite, she finally admitted that it was frozen and it's put on the flattop in order to warm it through. It was tough and had no flavor and it tasted frozen. The salad had wilted lettuce also undesirable. So not the one to give up. I ordered something else an Enchilada plate. So another customer who was ear hustling. So when the customer who apparently ordered the same thing as I did. He yells out to the cool and said the food was excellent. He also stated I don't know what her problem is the food was excellent. Well thoughts have ran across my mind. 1st off it's my opinion, again I will say it was my opinion. 2nd he calls food that was frozen, with freezer burn. Excellent. He obviously don't know food. But again he has a right to his opinion and it respected. 3rd my thought are back to number 1.... So my food comes out fast and at this point don't trust the food. Because did I mentioned that the manager got mad, because I complained about their food. Just because one like it, don't mean that the food is...

I went a month ago. My friends and I went to go eat that day because we just got off from worked. My friend order green enchiladas and they didn’t taste good they were hard and burn so we returned them and we told we’re going to order something else so theses waitresses got mad and told my friend if you don’t want it just don’t eat it in mean way and push her and started to cuzz at us and talking shit to us too and cashier and drive thru guy didn’t do nothing these waitresses yelling and going crazy so we left we didn’t want no problems.we just to sit and in joy our lunch.we are not ever going to that restaurant again. The food was bad, bad customer service and dirty. If they had 0 rate I give it to them....

Me and my girlfriend went there to eat dinner around 8:30pm. It was our first time going there to eat. Our waiter was ok at first. But when our food came. I asked him if my beans had any pork in them. He said no. But come to find out they had pork bacon in them. I don't eat anything pork at all. But as we we're eating our dinner. I over heard them talking shit about us in Spanish in a very bad way. I'm not sure how they run this Restaurant but that shouldn't be allowed at all. And to think just because I am white that I don't speak Spanish or understand it at all is just wrong. Because I do understand and speak Spanish. I will never go back to that place ever again. I would had given them 0 Stars if...
