Have loved this place since it first opened but the quality and service has gone so downhill. It really makes me sad since weāve really enjoyed it. Came in for dinner and the place was a bit of a mess but not busy currently busy just needed some tables cleaned off as quiet a few were messy, whoever was at the front asked āfor 4?ā As we were 3 adults and a 1 year old, we said yes, 3 plus a high chair, as in we will need a high chair as one of seats as heās a very small child. The guy sarcastically says back āso 4ā¦ā with a eye roll and walks us to a table that has 3 chairs and an empty spot so we thought ok perfect we can grab a high chair to put there. Nope, he grabs another chair and fills the spot doesnāt say a word and turned and walked off. We had to now move a chair out of the way and track down our own high chair which is fine we are perfectly capable of grabbing it but he didnāt let us know where they are or offer any assistance whatsoever. And it was just very off putting, we didnāt say anything or give this man any reason to cold shoulder us this was our only interaction with him. We got the high chair (cleaned it, it was filthy) got sat down at our table and then justā¦..nothing. Two other parties had their order taken, someone started bussing tables (which greatly needed to be done) some others where walked in and sat at the newly bussed tables, no one ever came back to our table not even for drinks. Itās a small building, you can see us see weāve looked at the menus and put them aside ready to order, see we donāt have drinks, we did not get a single other acknowledgment from anyone. We sat there for 10 minutes and stood up and just left. Never even got a drink. Only words spoken was when we had said how many was in our party and thanked the other person who gave us the menus. And so we left. It was such a disappointment, weāve loved this place and the dumplings have always been great. But the negative experience and lack of service means we most likely wonāt return. We love local spots and wish this one all the best, but need some better training or management with the front of house staff, hopefully they can get it...

Going through the drive through nobody answers waiting five minutes at the speaker no answer so I pull up to the window wait another ten minutes before anyone come to the window. They took our order and wait another 20 minutes at the window and then what seems like the manager tells us to pull up to the front and we ask how much longer for our food no response so we pull to the front and wait another ten minutes for our food.we get our food and we have no cutlery,napkins at all in our bag. Gave this place another chance ordered online and our food wasnāt ready for about a good 45 minutes we get there go through drive through same thing no one at the speaker and nobody at the window. We see plenty of people coming towards the window but there is no acknowledgment. I go inside and get my food wasnāt greeted,got my food and asked what took so long manger says he didnāt hear anyone didnāt apologize and didnāt look concerned at all. He gave me a look like what do you want me to do? Get my food asked for receipt and it was thrown in the counter for me to grab when it couldāve been handed to me. Didnāt receive any napkins/cuttlery again nor did I receive a straw for my drink. Left and had to go back in to get what they shouldāve gave me when I grabbed my food.Manager is beyond unprofessional and staff is inattentive it looks like they lack training and good leadership in this place. I donāt blame the workers it all starts at the top when you have incompetent,rude, and unprofessional management in place who donāt care or take their job seriously you will get employees to follow that same suit. Place has potential but definitely needs new management...

When Noodles & Dumplings first opened, I really loved the food and fantastic service. I'm a takeout customer exclusively, and would get my favorites, Youpo Noodles and Hongyu Wontons, two or three times a week. I would recommend them to anyone that would listen. (I both recommend and warn people I know depending on how I feel about eateries). Even tried to buy my friends gift certificates for the holidays that year. Things were great for several months until one day they weren't. In fact, they were bad. The food quality dropped almost over night and in the span of a couple of orders, staff at the restaurant were rude to my wife when she went to get our food. That was unacceptable so we ceased going for a very long time.
Recently, my wife talked me into giving them another chance. I was hesitant due to the issues with how she had been treated the last couple of times she had been there, but figured if she was willing to give them another chance, then I would as well. Gave her my usual order and I'm very glad we did. She addressed our previous issues with them on our first order back. I'm happy to report our last several take out orders have been fantastic. My wife says that the staff has been absolutely fantastic to her, and gone above and beyond to make sure that all the previous problems have not resurfaced. The food has been almost perfect (one bad order of cheese bao being the exception). I'm very glad to be able to recommend Noodles & Dumplings again. Great food, fantastic service. I recommend the Youpo Noodles and Hongyu Wontons. Highly recommend Noodles...
