Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Corpus Christi

Pizza is good but that has nothing to do with this particular franchise as every Dominos uses the same recipe. Do not get your hopes high that the workers here possess the ability to follow specific directions such as 'extra sauce', or 'light sauce', or 'extra cheese'. These employees make the same basic pizza every time regardless of the fact Dominos offers an app that you can request extra sauce and pay almost $2 for. So, please be advised not to waste your time and money on specific instructions regarding the basis ingredients of pizza i.e. sauce and cheese. They can handle 'pepperoni' as a topping; or 'sausage' so do not worry there. But they dont care about granting your specific requests. They look at a sheet of paper with ingredients, ignore special instructions, and then add whatever toppings you asked for regardless whether or not you requested and subsequently paid for a specific...

So I ordered a pizza TWO hours ago. Keep an eye on tracking. Went through “quality check” for an hour of that time, and then all of a sudden “order is cancelled”. So I call, and someone that sounds like a teenager answers the phone with some bs that his delivery driver supposedly called me. When I called him out saying the reviews all say the same thing and that they never got a call just like I didn’t, SILENCE. “Uh uh well my delivery drivers are supposed to call.” Was his response. Placed a online order and not 10 minutes later I get a email that my order was canceled. I call the store and they claim they couldn’t get ahold of me and had called three to four times because they were out of somthing. My number provided was correct. Then changed it to delivery times are 3 to 4 hours. The little boy who claims he was a manger couldn’t even lie and not laugh about it like it’s all a big joke to him. We have always order from this location but lately they have been on a decline with customer service.
