This Little Caesar’s has been bad experience every time we’ve ordered food. Unfortunately, it’s your only option on the Bluff for cheap pizza; but you get what you pay for.
When you manage to get your order, it’s never cut right or cut at all and you’re lucky if the toppings weren’t all tossed onto one side.
The rest of the time, you’re going to be waiting well over 30 minutes for a $5 pizza and hopefully the food that’s loaded under your name, is actually your food.
This most recent experience will be my last. They took almost 45 minutes to load three pizzas into the portal, while I had my family waiting in the vehicle for an order that should have taken 15-20 minutes. When I received the notification that it was ready, I went inside and found that only two of the three pizzas were actually loaded into the portal; I waited at the counter and found out that one of my pizzas wasn’t even part of my order and they had messed that up. When I finally got the attention of an employee, she took the pizza to the back and didn’t bother to acknowledge their mistake or give me a time for them to fix my order.
I asked her how long and she told me she didn’t know and asked another employee who told her it’d be another 10 minutes, meaning that they had not even started cooking my pizza, much less replacing the one that they got wrong. I decided my only option at that point was to ask for a refund and the employee told the manager at the front, who again did not acknowledge me but instead said “in a minute” and walked to the back. I just grabbed the receipt off the counter and told them I’d call in for my refund and left.
I have never been treated so poorly when I was being so courteous. These employees treat you like they’re doing you a favor and you should be grateful that you’re even allowed to speak when spoken to, and it’s a very degrading experience overall. I spent an hour trying to get three pizzas from a Little Caesar’s; not even Papa Johns or Dominos takes that long on their busiest nights.
We enjoyed our Little Caesar’s nights but after this, never again. And I encourage everyone who is thinking of ordering here on a Friday or weekend night to think again. Hopefully I’ll be able to...
Read moreIf I could, I'd give no stars. I placed and order at 9:24 PM, for WINGS just, WINGS. I used to work for little caesar's so I am well aware of the process of making the wings. They were packed, but I understood and patiently waited, no customers were waiting in the lobby, everyone had gone to wait inside their vehicles, during this time, the Little Caesar's staff LOCKED THE DOOR to get into the lobby BEFORE closing time and before a group of customers got their food. Two of us proceeded to go to the drive thru lane, thinking this would help the staff out and ourselves. Once it was our turn to approach the window, they blatantly ignored that we were there. Keep in mind, we ALREADY PURCHASED THE FOOD. I began to knock on the drive-thru window and was ignored, I then went to the front store and knocked over and over, they JUST IGNORED ME and proceeded to clean. They called the parking lot security on me, and I explained to her that I already purchased my food and that it was the staff who locked customers out. She contacted the store manager and put her on speaker, she told me that if I left the property (which I did not) then there was nothing she could do but give me a refund, she stated that they no longer had any product. I was not favorable of the refund considering I am PREGNANT and HUNGRY. They lack in their customer service and hospitality. I am well-rounded in the restaurant industry, the manager SHOULD HAVE came to the door and explained the situation to me directly, but as I previously stated I was IGNORED. WHAT A MANAGER RIGHT? I will be reaching out to whoever is above them....
