Had the most horrible experience today at this McDonald's on kostoryz and SPID.I went there to get some lunch, and first off, the girl at the drive-thru was way so out of it. She sounded so confused. Then she cusses at other employees over the drive-thru intercom, telling them to shut up, Trying to be understanding, I told het it was OK. Then I get up to the window, and she charges me for an extra sandwich. She apologized and said she had been up all night, and that's why she seemed the way she was. Again, I said it's Ok. I understand. So I paid her it was 6 something I gave her a $5 dollar bill and a $1 gold coin. She looked at it and said, "What is this. I said a dollar, and she said I've never seen one I told her ya they came out in the early 2000s she said idk let me ask my manager. I said ok. She comes back and says, "Nice try mister this is not real money. We can't accept this here. I said what the heck that's American money and you can't accept it. She said, "You want me to call my manager I said ya. To which some other young girl named Megan came and rudely said we are not going to take that it's not real it says player one game. I said ya they were slogans that represented the deferent states. Like the state quarters. She just said no, we are not going to take that money. I said, "Why cause I look Hispanic, and you think it's mexaican money she said no it's not like that, I said then why wont you take it . I showed her another coin I had that was also a state dollar coin. I even showed her on Google. She said she would look it up at a later time, but not now. There was no one in line but me. I asked for someone to hire up, and she said she was the highest in charge. I was like really your a supervisor and know nothing about American money. I went to park and called the corporate office. It's ridiculous these kids nowadays. Sorry you were born in 2010, but this is real American money. They made me feel so little like I was so scum of the earth trying to pass off fake money. It's totally unacceptable. For that I do not recommend this restaurant if that's the way they treat their customers. I will never go to this...
Read moreJust went thru their drive thru. They had an error on my order when I got to the window to pay. So I made sure she entered it correctly before paying. When I pulled forward to the pick up window. The young woman handed me my food. Before pulling away I double checked the happy meal that needed to be corrected. It was not corrected. I waited for her to come back to the window and let her know they had made a mistake on my order. She took the happy meal back. Then within a few seconds came back to the window to ask me for my receipt. Which I gave to her. Then she was gone for a couple minutes. When she came back she said she added the requested mac sauce on the side in a 4 piece nugget container. I again told her I didn't want mayo on the cheeseburger. So I handed it back again. After another couple minutes she came back with what I thought was a cheeseburger made the way I ordered it. So I drove away. I got home and opened up the cheeseburger to realize she handed me back the same burger that I gave to her. So by the time we got home it was not only made wrong but it was also cold. Extremely poor customer service from this single individual. She blatantly and knowingly handed me back the same burger I originally handed to her. She knew what she was doing which makes it worse. She has the most awful customer service skills. Which is very sad because so many of the staff there I know and love. This young women shouldn't be working there if she hates her job so much that she ends up not caring enough to do it...
Read moreThe most inefficient, unprofessional experience i have ever had at any fast-food establishment. I placed a mobile order to be picked up through the drive through. The latin was busy to which i have patience for. What i do not, is to be asked to pull around front as they are waiting for fresh fries. I pull around, 15 min later im brought a bag containing a burger & NO FRIES!!! I proceed to go into the locating to address the error, placing the bag containing my burger on the counter. An employee named Karisma approached as she is the individual who initially brought my food to me. I express my frustration, she turns around, goes to the fry maker, makes more fries then continues to fill other orders with the fries & tells me they are still waiting for fries. At this point I no longer was interested in the food, I advised her to throw the bag with my burger away. I will never go to the locating again & will do my absolute best to share my experience to avoid others the misfortune of this disaster.
