2 stars and let me explain: The coffee, very good. The coffee cups, dangerous. If I were you I would bring your own cup to avoid a spill and an accident. They knowingly serve hot coffee in cups with lids that are loose. I have spilt my coffee twice. The first time I thought " gee, I should call and let them know their lids are loose and it's dangerous", but I didn't. The second time I nearly crashed in their drive-thru after spilling the entire cup on my lap. I nearly crashed, my clothes and car seat are soaked, my legs and stomach are burned, and now I'm late to work. I had to change, take another shower, miss time at work and pay to get my car detailed. And what did I get in return? a shoulder shrug, an offer to re-make the coffee, and a "sorry, we know our lids suck". I ordered their avocado toast, 2 slices of lightly toasted white bread with avocado spread between. I was not good in my opinion. I only took one bite and threw the rest away. Their blueberry muffin was good. I emailed them to resolve the incident with no response. That said, 2 stars for: dangerous product, and poor customer service. I love their cafe sua and was a regular. Unfortunately, I will not go back any time soon, and definitely not...
Read moreTook my mother here for her Birthday and we both loved it. We each had their Vietnamese coffees and it was delicious. Nice full flavor, and smooth as can be. The servers were all extremely friendly and patient with us since it was our first time and weren't sure about some of the menu options. They even took the time to explain the roasting process and told us a little about their cafe. We had the Egg Ramen and the Brunch Platter. Both were absolutely delicious and surprisingly simple. The ramen noodles were cooked to perfection, the flavor was great and the steak was perfectly medium rare and juicy! The brunch platters egg was a nice sunny side up with a soft yoke, and the cheese/beans that came with it had a really unique flavor. And, just like the Egg Ramen, the steak was perfectly cooked and had a great glaze on it that complimented the meats flavor perfectly.
10/10 I will be coming back, great atmosphere, delicious food, tasty coffee and a staff that are friendly and...
Read moreI've been twice and ordered the pate choud both times, and the cafe sua on my second visit. The inside is very clean and I love the ambiance. The staff is extremely friendly and the worker who greeted me both times is knowledgeable, happy to explain their process and taste profiles. I was recommended the cafe sua and it's a very smooth flavor. He explained they roast their beans in house. I didn't get a chance to try their matcha but when I asked, he explained they use a Japanese ceremonial grade matcha powder and not a concentrate. Would love to try if I come again.
The first time I had the pate choud, it was extremely good! Very flaky and butter soft. I ordered it again, and it still tasted really good but it was warmed a little too long and was tougher to bite into. I noticed it was a tiny bit smaller than the last time so if they use the same cook times, the texture can vary slightly. Parking is easy and plenty of seating both times I...
