We love sonic! This is the closest location to us and we've gone here for years. Recently and continuously it's always a miss. They now always take so long and our order can never be right. I'm not sure what's going on here but they need to get it together. I also never received a refund on a cancelled drink only order from this location. It took extremely long and I intercommed asking to cancel. I didn't bother calling the mgr about the refund credit cause of course I didn't have a receipt since the car hop never came. I was so done when it happened and I didn't want to wait even longer to get a cancelled receipt. Turns out the car hop didn't even refund the order to my acct! I ordered at 11 am one day and they hadn't warmed any chili up delaying yet another order. Delayed so long we had to ask for the status for our food order. We didn't see many cars in the drive in and that was when we got the feedback about the chili and made the decision to cancel the order. They've given us unsweet tea vs sweet. Burger orders wrong. Forget to give the ice cream order when we get our food. I have so many misses. Ive tried drive in and felt abandoned once I ordered and I've tried drive thru hoping for sure this will be better and still disappointed in their length of time to fulfill orders. Read moreI've been here a few times, usually the service is decent. However this last time I went was a different story. This location gets busy for the last hour of being open, it's always like this, with those 50% drink specials. But this last time the lot was mostly full when I arrived and I ordered a Med Strawberry Malt. So I waited patiently, cars left, more arrived and left.. This whole time the 1 and only car hop was being run to death, trying to take care of every customer. I also noticed 2 employees went in the building after about 10-15min of my 25min wait to get my Malt.. I don't know if they were there the whole time on break or something, but I feel like it was miss managed since they were closing in 15min. Even tho I believe the car hop had forgotten my malt for all that time, I'm not upset with her, because she was being run to death and still presented me with smile and big apology. If anything she deserves a raise. I hope this doesent happen again, as I have had decent service...

Wait time is GUARANTEED to be 15-40min regardless of whether you order at a stall, drive through, or app. It also seems like over half the time they forget we're here and we have to call in to remind them. At least half of the time that we come here something is missing, or an added ingredient isnt there. Carhops are clearly swiping orders before they're ready to go out to cut times down, the screen will tell you that they are on their way twenty minutes before you get your cold food. Disappointing because I just moved from an area with multiple great sonics and have managed at one too, this is obviously a lack of proper management and staffing.
