Never again. My waitress was really sweet. Bless her heart.... But the service was horrible.
I ordered a cheeseburger kids meal with a lemonade, Mayo, no tomatoes as well as a 16-piece half lemon pepper have parmesan cheese wing and a small onion ring for an appetizer and at least six ranches. VERY IMPORTANT
We waited roughly 25 to 30 minutes for food when she brought the food out she explained that she had forgot the Mayo and she walked off, at that point I noticed she also forgot my appetizer AND RANCH. My daughter and I timed it as we literally couldn't start eating without the Mayo and ranch. She was gone 13 minutes looking for Mayo only to come back and tell us that they were out of stock on Mayo. I explained to her at that point that she had also forgot my Ranch as well as my onion rings she said she would be right back.
Once again we timed her Adventure and it took her another 15 minutes to come back with my Ranch and my onion rings which were freshly made meaning she never put the order in.
Now I can't eat my wings without ranch and if you're keeping up with me it is now been 30 minutes since I received my food by this time with the 65 degree temperature in the restaurant my wings are cold. So I politely asked her if she could take my wings to the back and put them in the microwave hoping she would say "let me get you a fresh batch for the inconvenience"......nope.
another 15 minutes goes by and I received my wings back with my celery piping-hot because the whole plate was thrown into a microwave at this point I asked her for a to-go plate and my ticket.
When my ticket is brought (3 min) to the table I politely ask her to take it to the manager and try her best to describe my dissatisfaction with my visit and to please bring it back with a new total. I also explained to her that my daughter and I don't eat out.... We are cookers. this was a special occasion I did not expect to be disappointed.
Oddest this thought is almost immediately after explaining my dissatisfaction out of nowhere 300 feet away there was a State Trooper standing at the waitress station almost hoping something would pop off.
Jesus then walks up to my table and ask me if I had an issue with the ticket. (Now let me elaborate here knowing that there was an officer only 300 feet away I felt like this dramatically influence jesus' attitude as he did not come off as professional or apologetic but instead cocky and arrogant) at this point Jesus is standing about 1 foot away from me directly above me putting me in an awkward position to try to make eye contact with this individual. I then asked Jesus to take a seat across from me so that way I can explain the situation as I do not have a problem with the ticket as much as I do a problem with the total experience. Jesus tells me he doesn't want to sit down and for me to tell him what the issue was so I explain to him the issue to which he abruptly stops me halfway through and explains that he'll have a talk with the waitress. I once again emphasize the fact that she was very sweet unfortunately my experience was horrible whether be her fault or not. Jesus then tells me he'll take the onion rings off my order...$4 off a $30 order. I then say "that is fine, can I have my cashier so I can pay her" as I still intended to give her a tip. He then states that he will be my cashier now that she doesn't want to talk to me so I hand him a $50 bill. It was never about the money I just feel for someone who doesn't eat out goes out with the understanding that you pay for the services given. unfortunately I did not receive full service. Jesus(the manger) then goes to the waitress table and Strikes up a conversation with another employee. They begin to laugh and joke the whole time I am making direct eye contact with Jesus making it quite obvious that I'm not satisfied with...
Read moreManager is arrogant, rude and unprofessional. He does not deserve to be in this position. No customer service at all. He forgot that the reason the restaurant exist is because of patronizing customers. HE NEEDS TO BE FIRED BY MANAGEMENT BEFORE HIS ATTITUDE AFFECTS PROFITS. We visited this place at 6PM on the 4th of January 2018 for the company’s monthly get together as we have been doing in the past. Unfortunately, this will be the last one that we do in this establishment. As my colleague was explaining to him about his concerns and the wait time, he arrogantly said,” Nobody puts a timer on me.” The rude part is, while my colleague was still talking, he turned his back, and walked away; total rudeness and unprofesssionalism that you’re not supposed to do with anybody at all. This is not how you treat loyal customers and a group of professional people whose been loyal patrons of the restaurant. I don’t know how this guy was hired as a manager but he definitely lacks the management skills, customer service skills and people skills. These are very important cornerstone for managers, leaders and anybody else in the customer service business. And did I hear that this place offer discounts to the police and firefighters but not to the military or veterans? This is a double standard that needs to be addressed by the corporate level and deserves a quick fix. I will give no star to this place if there is an option for it. To all customers out there, think twice before you spend your hard earned money in this place. Do not patronize a establishment who does not treat people...
Read moreMy friend and I visited today and we were seated at a table and because I was having back issues and some pain, we asked our waitress if we could move to s booth we could see that had become available and she informed us that she would have to speak to the waitress handling that booth. She spoke to her and came back and said yes and proceeded to say, I’ll help you move your drinks. We began to love to the booth and as we approached the booth to sit, another waitress came with a couple behind us and said, uh, this booth is theirs and called the manager. We explained what has happened and basically it was lack of communication on the waitresses but he said, look, you already had a table so you have to go back. I told him that we had been told that it was fine to move, but he didn’t even offer a solution other than to move back. He further said that we should have gone to the front to ask, like really, we asked our designated waitress. Then I reminded him that we were allowed to move due to my back and he uttered under his breath, I don’t care! I then asked, excuse me what did you say, and he said if you don’t like it here l, leave! I was in such disbelief. I then asked to speak to another manager and he said I’m it but when I asked the waitress, she says there was another manager in the back but when I asked if I could speak to him later, she said I’m sorry he’s left. I’m in total disbelief and disappointed in this management and I will never return again. ...
