Update: After 3 years, this place is still pretty dang AWESOME! From calling to make an appointment, email reminders of your appointment, when you check in, when they bring you to the back, everyone you interact with is as friendly as can be; you can tell they enjoy where they work. The office is clean, bright, and themed for the season. They have new technology making the appointments efficient and thorough. I wouldn’t choose to go anywhere else. If only everything else in life was such an easy choice. Great work, Jolleytime Orthodontics!

So here’s the deal, after driving for 26 hours to my new home of Corpus Christi I stopped here. I literally have not even seen where I’m living and the U-Haul is parked outside. My first impression of Corpus Christi is a great one having met the wonderful staff and Dr. Jolley. I first got the tour of the place. It’s clean, modern looking, smells good, and even has some good Disney music playing.

My retainer had broken as I was preparing to move and so I made this my first stop (my teeth shift fast and I learned my lesson before when I needed to get braces AGAIN; Kids, if you’re reading this, WEAR YOUR RETAINERS!).

Dr. Jolley said he’d try and fix my retainer. If not, we’d take a mold of my mouth to have a new retainer made. I was ready to protect my investment and pay up for a new retainer. And retainers can be expensive. So imagine how ecstatic I was when I was told that my retainer was fixable and there would be no charge for it. No charge. I mean, REALLY?! Wow! They gave me referrals for a general dentist and even a goody bag. I will definitely be coming back here and you should...

Miranda and Dr. Jolley were absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable. As 33 year old adult coming back to the ortho to get my retainer removed 20 years later the atmosphere was so nostalgic… except with better technology!! (The new machines to scan your teeth instead of biting on a mold is a game changer!)

Miranda was soooo kind and I loved chatting with her… she answered all of my questions and made me feel safe in a new place! She took the time to talk with me and I just overall think she is wonderful.. (plus she’s a really good singer 🖤) Dr. Jolley was FANTASTIC ! He made my teeth BETTER than when I came in… I was astonished and so thankful !! Seriously … my kids use to laugh at my chipped tooth…. Not anymore ! My smile is perfect & shining. DR.
