We used to go here often for details but in December they upsold a windshield repair to my wife. They messed the repair up and caused more damage to the windshield. They told us they would replace it and for 4 months the gave us every excuse in the book to buy more time. Now 4 months later they are saying they won't be taking care of the damage. The windshield repair company already had our windshield ordered and ready for install but Carisma had not paid them yet. They also informed us that the guys that Carisma has doing repairs are NOT trained on windshield repairs. These guys are scammers and should not be trusted. We will have to find somewhere else to have our details done because we will no longer do business with these scammers. BEWARE SHADY OWNERS!!
Response from manager: "Mr Gutierrez - CARisma has and will always warranty our windshield repair work. The reason your windshield was not replaced is because it cracked due to a NEW chip. A chip that we never repaired. We cannot be responsible for future chips, only the chips that we have repaired.
I did speak with our Windshield vendor and he assured me that he never said that our technicians were not trained. All our technicians are fully trained and have been performing repairs for years.
I hope you can appreciate that we only warranty repaired chips and not future chip."
My response: I have photos from before the chip was over pressured by your "trained tech" and a photo from right after. Then many photos from each time it grew. The "new chip" is nowhere near the crack that was caused from the over pressure of the fill by your "trained tech". Proof and documentation is everything. It is documented in a spreadsheet each time a visit was made and each time a call was made along with whom was spoken to and what was said :) The windsheild was even ordered months ago from the company you use to fix your customers windsheilds, yet all of a sudden after lying about the manager being on vacation, off that day, sick with covid and a broken bone "we only repair damages done by our trained techs." Read moreI went to Carisma on Sunday July 10, 2016, I got the complete detail package for $150. I decided to leave my car for the service to be done (against my better judgment). Two hours later I was called to say my car was done. Once I arrived I immediately noticed my wheels were not cleaned nor were the tires dressed with armored all. I had the technician who detailed vehicle to clean the wheels. (still wasn't done to my satisfaction. (Technicain stated that most of the employees do not like to do the complete detail service because they don't get tipped because of how much service cost. If service was done up to par tipping would not be an issue. Please note I tipped the employee, not as much if the service had been top notched.) I inspected inside my car and noticed the mats were not shampooed. (the assistant manager did take mats to be cleaned). After that ordeal. I noticed the vehicle was not washed very well still had dirt marks on roof, hood, spoiler and trunk. I am guessing that they waxed right over the dirt if the vehicle was waxed at all. I brought this to the assistant manager attention and he apologized and gave me a card stating at my next visit I would get a car wash and interior detail. I should have gotten a complete detail free of charge at my next visit ( the only reason why I would visit again is to get the free service that was promise.) I definitely will not leave my vehicle while service is being performed. I have been told that there are certain individuals at this location who do an outstanding job as it pertains to cleaning your vehicle, when I return for the free service, I will definitely ask for one of them to detail my vehicle. If you take your vehicle to Carisma do not leave it, stay at the location so you may ensure what you are paying for gets done. As of today I am giving the location one star because the assistant manager did try to correct the problem. Read moreI went in today 2-23-2022 just get my son's car seats shampoo and cleaned. No other services I was looking into only because the weather was bad with rain, so I didn't really see the point of getting the car detailed. At first I was greeted with great customer service the crew was very nice. Well things took a very awkward turn once the gentleman was done cleaning the seats. I told him I was very happy for the work and the seats looked great!.... Well I was adjusting some things and one of the men made a comment, I knew it was towards me but I didn't quite hear him so I approached them. He kept saying nothing but I knew something was up because the other men were laughing shaking their heads.Their manager even told them to leave it alone.... Now here's the thing I'm the type of person I will not walk away unless I know whats really going on so I asked again politely... thats when that employee said he was expecting a tip. I told them flat out Im sorry I didn't know. I was being completely honest because I have never took a car to get cleaned or detailed, I was just doing this as a nice gesture for my son. So I told them I only have a debit card how do I add a tip, they pointed me inside and said the front desk person can do cash back. I went back inside and all she could do was $20 which I thought was okay. I gave the money to the gentleman and I left. Right when I was driving off the airbag light came on... not sure what happened there so I will be taking the car in to the dealership tomorrow. Later in the day when I was driving I noticed on my windows there was a weird film on them.
